I recently had the pleasure of staying at this place, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with elegant decor and comfortable amenities that made my stay incredibly pleasant. However, what truly stood out during my visit was the outstanding service provided by the staff, particularly the receptionist, Manisha. From the moment I arrived, Manisha was incredibly welcoming and attentive. She greeted me with a warm smile and went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met throughout my stay. Manisha's professionalism and dedication to her role were evident in the way she handled every request with efficiency and grace. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, or addressing any concerns, she was always available and eager to assist. Her genuine care and friendly demeanor made me feel truly valued as a guest.In addition to Manisha's exceptional service, the rest of the staff at hotel were equally impressive. Budget Hotel with "Limited amenities & cut down facilities, but good staff & maintained property" ( I have stated here 2 time & 5 days, this experience is post that) Rooms : Small in size (Approx 150 sq ft) Some rooms are little less maintained & some are well maintained Washrooms : All basins will have leakage issue. Post usage you will see water on floor under the basin It will have one single shower which is hand held and the same is general shower (I found this very strange, I mean so much cost cutting, LoL) Toiletries : All toiletries you will have to ask for. Not a single present in Room/washroom (This is also very awkward)

This is my first time staying at Bloom Hotel, and here are my impressions of the same. Front Desk – Very accommodating. They upgraded my room to a higher floor upon request, which was very much appreciated. Room – The rooms were small but well-equipped with all necessary amenities. There was no need to call the front desk—you can simply scan and order anything you need. Bathroom – Also small, but extremely clean. Full marks for cleanliness and maintaining hygiene standards. Food – The breakfast menu was limited but still had enough variety to cater to different tastes. The food was delicious. Kudos to Arif and Alam for their great service. Location – The best part is the location—just a 2-minute walk from the Noida Sector 16 metro station.
