Casa Meera Hotel — Hotel in Dadri

I stayed at this so-called “hotel” for two months, and honestly, it has been the worst experience of my life. To be clear, this is not a hotel – it’s more like a poorly managed PG that doesn’t even meet basic living standards.

Food: The food quality is beyond terrible. Out of the two of us staying here, one person stopped eating their food completely after just one attempt. Breakfast is nothing but fried bread almost every day, and lunch/dinner is repetitive and unhygienic. Imagine eating potato curry five times a week – so bad that you feel sick just looking at it. Even a basic PG provides better food than this so-called “hotel.”

Staff & Management: The staff here is extremely rude and unprofessional. During the first visit, they talk sweetly with “sir, sir” and make promises, but once you move in, their real behavior shows. Every question or complaint is answered with, “This is not our problem.” If you ask them about the poor food, they simply say, “Don’t eat if you don’t like it.” Washing machine has been broken for two months, and no one cares to fix it.

Facilities: Every morning, right when people need to get ready for work, the water supply gets cut. Power cuts are daily – sometimes for the whole night – and the generator never works. When you ask, their excuse is, “We didn’t know there was a power cut.” Basically, expect no water and no electricity for hours every single day. The building itself is in pathetic condition, full of seepage and leakage everywhere. Zero maintenance.

Owner Behavior: The owner is only interested in money. He will cut charges unnecessarily, but when it comes to refunding your security deposit, he delays or makes excuses. He never answers calls once you move in. At the start, he will talk big and make fake promises, but in reality, he provides nothing.

Conclusion: This place is a complete scam running in the name of a hotel. It is worse than a low-quality PG. You will waste your money, your health, and your peace of mind if you stay here. They outright refused to return my security deposit and on top of that, added fake extra charges of ₹1,000–2,000. The whole building stinks, the food is so horrible you can’t even look at it, and I didn’t eat a single meal despite paying for it. They shamelessly charged me ₹400 for a minor tea spill, making up a story about it being worth four cups at ₹100 each.

Midway through my stay, they forced me to vacate my room, claiming it was “too expensive,” and dumped me into another one where the AC wasn’t even working. Power cuts happen randomly, and they don’t fix it unless you go and fight with them. The water is contaminated, unsafe, and they don’t care.

This PG is nothing but a money trap. They make up petty fines, deny refunds, and loot tenants under false excuses just to cover their losses. There are plenty of better PGs with cheaper rent and honest management. Avoid this fraud PG at all costs—they will take your money, keep your security deposit, and leave you with nothing but...

I booked this venue for my engagement. Also for two day stay for the wedding guests. As part of our arrangement they were supposed to provide following:- Rooms for wedding guests. Breakfast and lunch for two days. Hall for engagement with all the decorations. A place for haldi ceremony. Packaged food for all the baratis.

What they actually provided:- Rooms with poorly ventilated washrooms and blankets were smelling badly. No extra mattress were provided. My father went to every room with the staff to check that mattresses are not present and drinking water is not provided. The staff even said that 16 rooms are occupied but only 14 rooms were occupied. They lied about the room data. They do not provide warm water even after chilling temperature in Noida at that time. (It was 6th Feb 2022) They reused last nights food for morning breakfast. The lunch quality on first day was not good but they improved it on the second day. The hall for engagement was decorated with wilted flowers but lights make everything look good so it was okay but they had a mandap placed in the venue which was for next day function or maybe yesterday's function which I really don't understand how they can be so unprofessional. The staff refused to warm the food and it happened after multiple complaints. The food was exceptionally bad. The food was good while food tasting but they do not maintained the standard in the main function. They were generous enough for providing their small hall for haldi ceremony but we asked them to keep it ready at 8:30 in the morning but it happened after 9:30. They charged us for 5 parathas with aloo jeera per package. But they provided only 2 parathas per package and you can see the quality of food in the images that I have attached.

They ask for full payment in advance before the function but due to some miscommunication we did not provide the full amount. And even in between my function he kept on calling me asking for money even when they were not proving the right hospitality and services.

They made so many promises but did not abide by them. Wedding is such a big event of one's life and they ruined that for me completely. I heard bad words about the venue, the service, the staff and the rooms. Almost for everything. I was disheartened and my family was humiliated in front of all the guests.

I have also noticed that most of the nice reviews about this venue is from the staff itself. I have attached the screenshot of one review as well.

Worst experience ever. We booked the venue for an event for 2 days. The food was tasteless. They were serving last night's food for the breakfast. The dinner served in the event was cold. The room service was the worst. We wanted hot water at 4 am and they were unable to arrange the water, they hadn't started boiler for warm water. At the end, one of us entered in the kitchen to draw one bucket of warm water. The kitchen was in the worst condition. The dough was thrown on the floor. The platform was dirty. I can't imagine that the food served to us was prepared in the same kitchen. When we told this experience to the hotel manager, he told us that why we entered in the kitchen. The way manager was talking, I have never seen such a rude manager in the hospitality industry. The caretakers of hotel in the night shift were drunk. At the end they said these are the reasons we take full money before the start of the event so that no one could complaint about services.

Please dont believe on the 5 start reviews. most of the review are from the hotel owners, like the i've attached in the image (imperial and Casa Meera are same).
