We ordered drinking water at morning, they delivered at evening. WiFi wasn't available, however they charged us for WiFi service while checking in. Hot water wasn't available, they sent bucket of medium hot water at morning like PG. Cost included breakfast is a worst breakfast for us, they provide like 2-3 items, no juice no fruit. They charge for little little things like tooth paste, tea bag, water, etc which is freely provided by other hotels. They don't even clean our room. Reception service is really bad. We initially stayed at Hide away suits Noida cost around 2200 per night providing a very good service, In other hand this Edition hotel charge about 2400 per night which is waste of money. After all this horrible experience hotel receptionist/manager asked us 'How was your stay?' , After a long silence we laughed a loud and get the hell out of there. We were a corporate guest, even after this we got this horrible service so, please don't waste your money...

Will recommend only for a small gathering 5-20 and also for short running duration only . They don't have professionals to provide better management . Food was cooked good however with blend of poor management it ended up as mesh . Served less items against agreed . One person needs to just stand and push for services . Major insist will be upon advance payment before party started and then main manager disappeared . They have ready made excuse for all your concerns which are quite silly as well some time . Reviews of hotel rooms could be correct as posted by travelers . It was a terrible experience . Main person escaped away after party started and also did not pick the call to help . Till date this place is only 5-6 months old. They have made the rooms really worth spending time.||Supporting and well behaved staff and caring reception.||The only thing which is slightly making the hotel a bit aloof is its location. Since this is situated in a colony boundary wall so many a times it is difficult to locate it in the night.||They should manage it by fixing kiosks on the roadsides.||I prefer to eat in pure veg. places so about 700 mtrs from here is a fantastic Pure Veg restaurant -Sanskriti foods.
