Don't believe on fake reviews. I am writing my own experience of this property.
Worst experience ever. Don't go to greedy people.
I had already paid online but they asked me for more money. I refused to give extra money then they said rooms are not available you can go. So I had to pay them extra money to stay there. Please see some points are below :
Room quality was poor and not cleaned properly. The attitude of the receptionist (2 persons) was very bad. Very unprofessional. There was no telephone available in the room. That person was thrown out of doors every time. And if you need anything or want to talk to them you have to go to the reception every time. The cleaning staff and 2-3 people are walking around the balcony (behind the room), they are peeping into the room. No privacy as there are not enough curtains. No drinking water, you have to bring your own water. No parking and no vehicle security, full possibility of vehicle theft, I had to change my vehicle location 2 times in 4 hours. Outside foods are not allowed but there is no canteen in the hotel. You have to go to the restaurant outside and come back after eating there. TV is not in working condition.
Finally they are here to rob you and make a fool of you. Please think once before...

Don't book any kind of hotel from Oyo it's totally a scam Price will not be same and hotel guy will not entertain you he will always give you bigger amount.
Oyo hotel owners are only money centric and they always think to get twice benefits in single day like day charge for different need and night stay other. They do two bookings in a single day
No one is going to answer you if you have booked online prepaid they'll take to much efforts to return your money. And it's a kind of business they all are same.
They will kill your valuable time so first check the room physically then negotiate
