Nagori Inn — Hotel in Dadri

Very pathetic hotel. Staff and Management behaviour is completely unprofessional. We booked 2 rooms for our guest 20-25 days in advance. Everything was decided, price check in everything. We visited a week prior again to confirm things. Receptionist Ankit both the time confirmed the same thing. Night prior to which we booked they were completely overturning what has been committed. They were asking more Money at the last moment while everything was discussed and confirmed not only this there behaviour completely changed to unprofessional as they knew we no much option at last moment. Rooms were only okay type but service was terrible couldn't get breakfast witin an hous even though everything was pre-booked. We even got locked in our room, ACs in multiple rooms were not working. When confronted this with onwer his words were "this is not in our hand". Why on earth, a man would open a hotel charge over it it he has nothing in his hand. He should either close it or accept that he has service deficiency. Not Recommended...

Our recent family stay at Hotel Nagori Inn was unfortunately a letdown. While the exterior promises a premium experience, the interior falls short.

The state of the rooms, bathrooms, and furnishings was disappointing. Worn-out doors, malfunctioning switches, and unclean surfaces detracted from the overall experience. The unpleasant odor emanating from the rooms and bathrooms was particularly off-putting.

The quality of linens was subpar, with dirty blankets and bedsheets further diminishing comfort. Additionally, the staff's responsiveness was lacking. Repeated requests often went unnoticed or unfulfilled.

The hotel's overall ambiance felt more like a budget PG than a guest-friendly accommodation. We wouldn't recommend this hotel and advise potential guests to explore...

Nagori inn looked like they were using unskilled outside labor to run the hotel, which clearly affected the quality of service. Basic hospitality standards were completely lacking.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel, and I strongly advise others to avoid it. The General Manager was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing guest concerns respectfully, they behaved arrogantly and made the situation worse.

To make matters worse, the hotel doesn’t seem to employ trained or professional staff.

This place is a disaster in terms of management and service. I would never recommend staying here to anyone looking for a decent and respectful experience.
