As soon as I entered the interiors were good. We got the seats pretty easily without any wait time. We ordered alot of dishes, tawa chicken, quesadilla, lachha Paratha, fish fry, cheesy fries, tex mex burger, mac n cheese, 4 different drinks, veg biryani, and a pizza. First issue we faced is the service, it was very delayed the time difference between every single dish coming out of kitchen was around 30 mins, the first thing we got was quesadilla which was good, then we got fries which was also good specially the freshly made mayo served. Then the drinks were served where I would like to highlight when you are serving chilled flavoured drinks make sure you work on the smell of the drink, it will help the taste to bloom. Then fish fry was served I didn't eat this but my group ate it and they liked it. Then the main course was served, chicken in tawa chicken was undercooked and hence I didn't like it. It's gravy was however good. Tex mex burger was bad, I don't understand how you can serve a burger in an oneself burger bread. They are dense as hell and are not for good burgers. The chicken patty was good, sauces were overloaded, lettuce was soggy and a whole leaf instead of its chilled pieces. One tomato piece fresh cut(if you know why its bad choice good if you don't know go to basics). Then came the veg biryani please stop calling the thing you served a biryani, it was veg fried rice. So the veg fried rice contained good amount for vegiees and few pieces of paneer here and there with lot of chilly spices. The only good thing I can say about this is that it contained a lot less oil. Last thing we ordered was a pizza which was not delivered as they were out of stock. Understandable as with such delay we reached kitchen closing time. Between this we ordered another round of normal water which they said is no longer available. The owner came to apologise for the situation where he and his staff were unable to deliver the best of service and suggested that we buy the bottled water against which I told him that since it his kitchen not able to supply normal water he should provide the bottle water for free. Looking the situation my group member attempted to deescalate the situation and I didn't discuss any further with the owner. During the bill time owner let go of that bottled water but provided the bill with service charge my group member asked him to remove it due to such long delays in the order and he changed the bill without any discussion. All in all ambience is good, owner is good, staff understand their gaps but the kitchen staff need to work on food. See in the long run food will make people come back to you. If that's average than you are like anyone else in the market. Second work on your service time it's too slow. There are ways to make that customers to feel that waiting time bring those elements and you will be a success. But for me I am not going back even if someone gives me...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recently stumbled upon this hidden gem of a cafe, and I couldn't have been more delighted with my experience! From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the warm and inviting ambiance. The cozy decor, soft lighting, and gentle background music created the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing time.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They greeted me with genuine smiles and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Their attentiveness and prompt service were impressive, making me feel valued as a customer.
Now, let's talk about the food! Oh my, the menu was filled with delicious and tempting options. Whether you're a coffee aficionado or a tea lover, they have an impressive array of beverages to choose from. I opted for one of their specialty lattes, and it was simply divine. The barista clearly knew their craft, as the latte art was a beautiful touch that made my drink even more enjoyable.
As for the food, the cafe served an assortment of mouthwatering pastries and light bites. I couldn't resist trying their signature pastry, and it did not disappoint! It was fresh, flaky, and bursting with flavor. They also had some healthier options, which I appreciated, as it catered to various dietary preferences.
One thing that stood out to me was the attention to detail in presentation. Each dish and drink were thoughtfully presented, adding an extra touch of elegance to the dining experience. It's evident that the cafe takes pride in every aspect of what they offer.
The best part of my visit was the overall ambiance and vibe of the place. It was evident that the cafe was a hub for the local community, as there were groups of friends chatting, people working on their laptops, and others simply enjoying a quiet moment with a book. The positive energy was contagious and contributed to the wonderful atmosphere.
To sum it up, this cafe is a true gem! If you're looking for a charming spot to unwind, catch up with friends, or treat yourself to some delectable treats, look no further. I highly recommend this cafe to anyone seeking a memorable and delightful experience. I'm already planning my next visit and can't wait to explore more of their offerings!

Read moreReview: Disappointing Experience at Big Yellow Door, Galaxy Sapphire Plaza Noida
I recently visited Big Yellow Door in Galaxy Sapphire Plaza, Noida, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences I've had. From the food to the staff and the ambiance, nothing met expectations.
We ordered Pink Blush Pasta, Mushroom Mexicana, Lime Soda, and Iced Tea. While the drinks were satisfactory, the Pink Blush Pasta tasted like an unbalanced mix of Indian and Italian spices, which was quite disappointing. The Mushroom Mexicana was equally underwhelming, with minimal mushroom content. Instead, we were served small pieces of mushroom stuffed into a capsicum with cheese, a far cry from the expected Mexican twist.
For dessert, we ordered Classic Cold Coffee and Chocolate Mud Cake. The Chocolate Mud Cake, described as a soft, spongy cake with smooth chocolate ganache, was instead a hard brownie with cheap chocolate sauce and melted vanilla ice cream that tasted like milk. The ice cream was not even cold. The Classic Cold Coffee was simply frothed milk with chocolate syrup, lacking any coffee flavor.
The overall experience was so poor that I doubt I will return to this location. The Big Yellow Door in Noida appears to be relying solely on the brand name, unlike its better counterparts in Satya Niketan or Dwarka.
The staff was poorly managed, with only one server handling all the tables. The server's response to our queries was unprofessional, and he was unable to accommodate our request to replace the dessert. Instead of addressing our concerns, he gave unconvincing explanations.
Additionally, the ambiance was marred by a malfunctioning AC, frequent MCB trips, and inaudible music.
Overall, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had. The staff was defensive and unresponsive to feedback. I would not recommend Big Yellow Door at Galaxy Sapphire Plaza, Noida. Save your...
