They suggested terrible room with 2000rs per night. And I found that worth of room was 800rs from OYO. So I ask to get my money back, if I make reservations from OYO app. But they just ignore. Apparently, you have to pay extra, even though you make reservations from app. And bed condition was no good. At least there is great wash room. If you want to get a sleep in washroom, make reservations. And even they were so eager to kick us out by knocking the door and saying check out twice. From 9am in the morning. One star is even too much for this room. If you are foreigners, never book this room. They are starving to cheat on you just like...

I had a terrible experience at this hotel and the team at OYO is just pointing me to channels that just don't work. Their IVR options don't take you anywhere. Even if you try and ask the booking people to connect you, they would directly disconnect the call or make you wait for 10+ minutes after which you just end the call on your own.

Further, the chat option just goes on in circles and there is no real way to connect to a person who can help.

Oyo doesnt have the transparency anymore on the offers that are provided while booking online. When I visited the place, owner refused to give room I booked online. He demanded more and I had to pay since i was already tired and wanted to sleep as it was 11:30pm already.
