Rajan Ji Chole Bhature — Restaurant in Said-ul-Ajaib Village

I would like to share my experience.....I had order their special paneer chhola bhatura........the quality was just pathetic....the poor quality oil (dalda ghee) could be felt from the bhatura......and iff I falk about chhole....it was well blended with dust.. .as I could feel the kirkir in every bite of it...and I am still thinking why did they mention paneer in the name .....as I couldn't even find any white looking ingredient in the food paneer toh chhod hi do...my first experience was so bad that...I would never recommend anyone to have their chhola bhatura untill they check upon their food ingredients and maintain good quality oil and hygiene

To the restaurant: if you want to do business and earn money....atleast do it with a good intention......make less profit but don't play with other's health

Earlier when they started there shop few years back. The prices and the quality used to be perfect. They used to sell Rs.50 per plate with two bhaturas and good amount of chole, green chutney, pickle and onion in it.

But now when I tried it, it's horrible, green chutney very bad in taste, chole seems like they are simply boiled, masala quantity decreased. Pickles is again pathetic. Surprisingly all this for Rs. 70 per plate. The quality has decreased. Any good food business maintains quality!

I have tried choley bhature and paneer naan from here they were pathetic. Naan was just tandoori roti dipped in butter , rajma was not fresh , paneer sbzi gravy was tasting like uncooked tomato pury, raita contains curd water, bhature were okay but choley again ruined my taste, it is located at a very dirty location flies were all around, services were too slow, had to wait around 40min...Every bite was tasting cheap...not for people who usually eats at haldiram or bikaner...never going there again. Im drinking green tea now, to detoxify the waste...
