Central Guest House hazrat nizamuddin dargah/Nizamuddin Markaz — Hotel in Delhi

My experience at Center Guest House Hotel was disappointing due to poor service and a lack of transparency. During my two-day stay, I faced multiple issues, including no hot water despite informing the staff three times and a lack of daily cleaning.

Additionally, the hotel failed to communicate its checkout policy. Nowhere in the booking details or at the reception was the checkout time mentioned. No staff member informed me about it during my stay, and when I called in the late afternoon to check out, I was unexpectedly told that I had to pay for an extra day because their checkout time was 12:00 noon. When I questioned why this was not disclosed earlier, the staff had no answer.

This lack of clear communication and poor service makes it difficult to recommend this hotel. Guests deserve better transparency and professionalism...

bad place to sleep in a totally dangerous Muslim neighborhood. After finding this place they were surrounded by so many people that they looked at it in amazement as if they had seen an online reservation for the first time. They made me the recption service on the street. Once in the room, it's like being in a horror movie. I had never seen such a dirty room in my life, I believe that no human being is capable of being in so much dirt. My partner and I ran away we didn't sleep in this bad environment....

This is a very bad hotel to stay. They lack basic quality and standard . . The hotel took for ever to get me a room, the staff was not welcoming.
