Hotel O East Punjabi Bagh Metro Station Formerly Mangotree Deluxe — Hotel in Delhi

Pathetic experience at this hotel yesterday. We dropped a female friend here. After all the payment done, everthing was done offline. He gave the room to our friend. N were going back. Just after this i got a call from my friend that door is not closing. So we went back again to hotel n shift her to some other room. N that receptionist started telling us that we booked the room online also so we ll have to pay him that amount too but we never booked the room online. Oyo is tje worst app altogether. We just called on the number to ask them if the hotel is open. N we cut the call. We have no idea why did they book the room. N that too not on our name. N refused to give us any solution. The receptionist gave us dhamki telling us that he will not regund the amount which wr gave him after booking will throw the girl out of hotel at night. It was very terrifying experience. N rooms were so back. Different from pictures shown online n also not clean at all. Washrooms were bad like public toilets. Bed sheets were dirty....

Never trust this rating this property is not eligible for overall 1 star rating also. Thete is a difference between hotel and lodge. This is a lodge not for a family. Never ever go here with family. And never trust oyo and agoda just check the rating of property if it was above 4.5 try calling them and go see the room and then pay. I went to this property i stayed there for 30mins i felt really unsafe and i am from other state. After 30mins i came out of that place and went to look after other rooms.

And their ratings in google are paid i guess see that rating scale they have received worst rating which are from 1 and 2 star and some gave 4 and 5. So understand the scale its a...

Worst experience ever..booked the hotel through make my trip , but front desk person denied check-in.. he told me booking I'd not matching and confirmation is pending from OYO... contacted customer care as well and given him booking ID as asked me, customer care said booking ID is not opening..
