My Recent Visit to Asur Microbrewery, Bar, and Kitchen

Located on the third floor at 6A, Shivaji Marg, Moti Nagar, New Delhi, Asur Microbrewery, Bar, and Kitchen is a hidden gem I recently had the pleasure of discovering. The combination of its modern aesthetics and inviting ambiance makes it a perfect destination for any occasion. One of the standout features is the terrace seating, offering a picturesque view of the city, especially enchanting in the evening.

An Unforgettable Summer Experience

Asur is open daily from 12:00 PM to 1:00 AM, making it convenient for lunch, dinner, or a late-night hangout.

On my visit, I was particularly drawn to their "Sip into Summer" menu, which features a range of vibrant summer drinks. Each drink is crafted with precision and offers a refreshing burst of flavors that truly embodies the essence of summer.

Specialty Drinks That Stole the Show

Aam Shashtra This delightful concoction of gin with mango juice, agave nectar, and pickle was an exotic mix that perfectly balanced sweetness and tanginess.

Angels Bouquet A floral delight, this drink combines hibiscus-infused gin with vermouth, elderflower, rose wine, and tonic water. It's a beautifully aromatic and refreshing choice.

Punjabi Bond Butter-infused bourbon mixed with orange juice and gingerale created a rich, smooth drink with a zesty finish.

Coastal Affairs A unique blend of kaffir-infused gin with clarified colada topped with red wine, this drink was both sophisticated and tropical.

Crystal Dimsums These chicken transparent dumplings were not only visually appealing but also packed with a savory filling that was incredibly satisfying.

Chilli Chicken A classic favorite, this dish was executed perfectly with just the right amount of heat and flavor.

Crispy Fried Chicken Perfectly fried to a golden crisp, these pieces of chicken were tender on the inside and wonderfully crispy on the outside.

Aglio-e-Olio A simple yet flavorful pasta dish that was cooked to perfection, making it a great choice for any pasta lover.

Laal Maas This traditional Rajasthani dish was rich, spicy, and full of depth, showcasing Asur's expertise in Indian cuisine.

Atmosphere and Service

The bar is centrally located, making it the focal point of Asur and providing easy access for everyone. An in-house DJ kept the vibe lively with an excellent mix of music. The staff at Asur were incredibly attentive and the service was prompt, ensuring that our experience was seamless from start to finish.

Asur is perfect for large crowds and is an excellent venue for hosting parties. The spacious layout, combined with the energetic atmosphere, makes it an ideal spot for social gatherings.

In conclusion, my visit to Asur Microbrewery, Bar, and Kitchen was a memorable experience. I attended a small gathering here recently, and the experience left quite a bit to be desired. The space allocated felt congested and uncomfortable for even a small group, and the overall noise level made it difficult to converse normally. The restroom facilities were another downside, quite poorly maintained and definitely not up to the standards one would expect from a place like this.
