Live on DEL4303 — Hotel in Delhi

It was my worst experience ever like I have never seen this poor state of rooms in any oyo I have visited till now. The staffs behavior is as if we are staying there for free they don't know how to talk to the guests they are so rude and arguing just want extra money everytime by giving different kind of excuses the service provided is just not worth the money they take like in free even u won't get this bad response the washroom's window was broken totally the rooms was just not clean and it was so smelly, the blanket and bedsheet had bad stains everywhere and it was smelling and there was cockroach roaming around the room the lock wasn't working properly the remote was not working when asked to solve the problem they asked to manage in this worst situation only. Literally the worst oyo experience it is just don't prefer this place at any cost there are plenty more better options near that but don't go to this place it is just not...

Worst place. Receptionist used fraud technique to get extra amount. Rooms and services totaly zero. Rooms are not clean, toiletey not available washroom smell very bad no hygiene no sanitization, no staff availability and no helpline number for assistance. Tv remote was not working and door well not present outside of room no security features. Staff did not respond in night if u called for any assistance. Hotel manager did fraud with Me and asked to pay extra amount and after i paid and discuss with customer support they told you have paid already for the room and that was full n final amount for the room. And after asking to manager please share me bill receipt he refused my request.

I suggest people please do not visit this place named diamond suite Oyo 44229. Save your time and money and choos other better...

Okay so it was 5am and there was 3 of us papa mama and me ,we hurriedly booked the hotel while we were still in a cab from railway station. The hotel was not on the road and was so it was much of a botheration to search the exact location. We were charged 1000/- for 5:30 till 12 noon and was told tht would be charged 1000 again from 12 noon again on a daily basis. But it oyo app it was just showing 699. Sduring our 5 day stay service was overall fine not to mention that our tv wasn't working and also I totally am sure that they charged...
