Never ever book this hotel, terrible experience – Avoid This Hotel at All Costs!

I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life at Emblem Hotel, New Friends Colony, Delhi. Room : 203.The room service was absolutely pathetic – extremely slow, unresponsive, and in some cases, completely absent. The condition of the bathroom was disgusting. It was filthy, smelled bad, and the fittings were literally falling apart. Taps came off in my hand and the flush barely worked.

To make matters worse, there were major electricity problems throughout my stay. Power outages were frequent, and there was no backup for hours. It was frustrating and unacceptable, especially given the Delhi heat.

But the worst part of all was the behavior of the manager, Sardaa. Incredibly rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. Instead of acknowledging the hotel's many issues, he kept making up stories and lying to cover up the mess. Not once did he offer a sincere apology or a solution.

Don’t checkin to this hotel without seeing rooms!!!

I had a very bad experience staying in this hotel for 4 Nights. This is a very old hotel with very old Infrastructure. Very bad toilet rooms with old and rusted items. Dust everywhere and rooms are very small.

I did make an advance booking for 4 N, and I feel I did a mistake by booking it in advance without seeing this hotel. After checking in, I was really shocked to see the hotel which was not at all comparative to those of photos in Google Maps.

I had to go to 4th floor to reception two and fro thrice as their locks are not working properly. IMAGINE where locks are not functioning in hotel rooms??? Quite shocking isn’t?

Lift also doesn’t work properly and has full of mosquitoes with no fan inside it.

Hotel rooms charge and Food charges are very high in this hotel, not sure why they charge so much.

Only good thing is that they offer complimentary buffet which is of good taste and sense like a homely food.

Room 204 – 3 Nights Stay (10th – 12th April 2025) Extremely Disappointed

I had one of the worst hotel experiences at Emblem Hotel in New Friend's Colony, Delhi. Apart from the decent location, everything else was a complete disaster.

The bathroom was filthy beyond words, and the flush wasn’t even working – extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. Despite complaining multiple times, the receptionist (Sharda) was not only unresponsive but also blatantly lied and made false promises just to get us off the phone. Zero accountability.

To make things worse, there were frequent electricity problems during the day, making it impossible to relax or work. The food was another huge letdown – absolutely bland, with barely any options for breakfast. It felt like they were cutting every corner possible when it came to service and quality.

Overall, I would strongly advise against staying here. Room 204 was a nightmare for 3 nights and I will never be returning. Emblem Hotel seriously needs to rethink their standards and...
