Indian Post Office — Local services in Delhi

Most pathetic post service ever... When checked online the speed post tracking says it has been delivered but I did not get it at all... I went to the post office early in the morning and talked with the postman of my region and he says that he will search my post. After 10 mins he comes out to ask my address and sadly he is not able to recognize my address. He says he will come in an hour and deliver it at a place near my home. He never turned up and when I called him he kept ignoring and at last in the evening when the call was picked it was his friend answering the call. I had some very important documents in it. Postman didn't Check my address properly and he went back and return the speed post letter which were supposed to be delivered.

It's a common sense that after building number A1 than comes A2, after two it comes A3 and my house is A4. Then why they return after A3. Where as there is A5, A6,...A100,A101..

If the postman have common sense than this is intentionally a Mischief which they are doing. Whom to complain ?? And even if we complain, will there be any improvement or they will do more mischief...

Service is pathetic I went there many times to collect my parcel. They received it on 17 June 2019 around 10Am I continuously went there to collect it at the branch only When I give them the tracking Id .
