PK ఇంటర్నేషనల్ గెస్ట్ హౌస్ — Hotel in Delhi

I want to warn everyone about a terrible experience my parents had at this so called "hotel. It all started when an auto-rickshaw driver convinced them to stay there, claiming they offered world-class service. But in reality, it was nothing short of a scam.

My parents stayed for barely 2-3 hours, yet they were charged a ridiculous 2000/- as if it were a five-star hotel. The reality? Tiny, unhygienic rooms, smelly beds, and absolutely no service. On top of that, they had the audacity to charge ₹80 for a single water bottle!

But the worst part was their attitude. They practically forced my parents to order from their kitchen, and when they refused, the staff started talking in a rude, intimidating manner almost like local goons. Every item was overpriced, and to top it all off, they sprung an 18% GST surprise at checkout, making the already unfair bill even worse.

This place is nothing but a money trap, preying on unsuspecting travelers. I strongly urge everyone to stay away from this third-class establishment run by people who have no respect for decent customers. Don’t fall for...

Do NOT take this hotel at any cost. Auto drivers will take you to this hotel for commission. this hotel will take extra money at the time of check out without any reason, in the form of service tax and GST tax, which is not told in advance.There is nothing called room service but they will cost you 10% service tax and 18% GST over your tariff rate..they will take RS 3400 for some hours. And if you think about good rooms and service?.. hah..you will be fool. Each and everything of this hotel is broken and non working. They will charge if you even ask for a bottle of water or a glass of hot water. The hotel stuffs will knock your door in every hour...

I checked in to this hotel for 2 days at a rate of 1500 per night. I have given full payment at the time of checkin.

Now, at the time of checkout they charged extra 900 for gst which they didnt mention while checking in. I was in a hurry to catch my flight, but how much percentage of 3000 would cost me 900 gst. I didnt get any gst bill as well.

It almost charged me 2000 per night. This room is not even worth for 1200. They switch off geysers each and every time. We need to call them every time to switch it on.

I suggest not to visit this place. I have given 1 star because i dont have any option to give it...
