TERRIBLE SERVICE, POOR MAINTENANCE. Terrible experience. Strongly recommend NOT to stay here. The rooms are shabby, very old, ACs won't work even after repair, broken balconies, broken ACs, poor beds, wierd long bathrooms. Staff is not at all professional and even 3 people at reception cannot properly answer guest queries. Staff is very rude. Good service is non-existent.

We had booked 2 executive rooms which cost around Rs.6,500 per night. There are only 2 executive rooms in the hotel (or that's what we were told) and both are not even worth Rs.1,500 per night. We had a big fight about the rooms and were transferred to Royal rooms (which have the same price) upon insisting. Even the Royal rooms were not well maintained, however they were better than the executive rooms. See photos of some of their rooms, it is almost not possible to stay in these rooms.

The staff is very rude, questions every concern of the guests and argues in every conversation. You have to shout at the manager, which is the only way things can get done. Swimming pool staff was also very rude. Sometimes food takes 45 minutes to arrive, and they are never ready to accept. As advertised on their website, they offer 2 bottles of mineral water per night. They weren't ready to accept this too. After shouting at them and waiting for 12+hours we were provided the advertised mineral water bottles. The mattress size was smaller than the bed size and due to this one of the kid with us got his leg stuck in the bed and got hurt. Only thing good about the property was it's direct access to a comparatively less crowded beach area and the view of the ocean. The food also tasted OK. The location of the hotel is far from the main Nagoa beach area.

After paying the requested advance for the room booking, I received an email from the hotel a few days before the stay that they had cancelled our booking as requested. I was shocked and shouted at them over the phone. They apologized and reverted back that they had cancelled our room mistakenly thinking it was us who cancelled instead of some other guest with a similar first name. See, this was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. So first I got to the hotel with my lugages and the staffs were telling me to call the person working in the hotel to carry it i I then started searching for the person and I never got him then I thought he must be busy and I took my luggage and then went to swimming pool for swimming, the water there was so bleached that my eyes started burning and it was very deep not recommended for kids to go in. So I went into the restaurant to eat something and there the people not paying attention to my orders and bringing it so late it was the worst the food was bad and soggy I ate it all and it was very expensive. I then went to my room and the lights were flickering and I asked for a family size bed and they gave me a small single bed the fire alarm in my room was also its lights were flickering I then stayed two days for my trip and then it was the time to leave for my home when I was going to leave the manager came and stopped me saying that I can't check out after 10 pm and saying that I have to wait one more day, but the day when iwas checking in the hotel I was very late I checked in at 1 pm but then also they allowed me , but why not now do they need extra money. And when I was staying at the hotel I asked them for one blanket to sleep in because there was no big bed so I asked them and they game me a little mattress to sleep in and you will not believe it but it was so small that even a baby can't sleep in it anyways. Their elevators are so old like it is fro 1,00,000 B.C.E and so weak that it can only contain 3 persons anyways I never recommend you to stay in this hotel in your LIFETIME. I am only giving 1 star for its swimming pool to be there and 0 for bleach water. I am recommending you that if you are coming to diu go in the TGH hotel or flamingo resort it is way better than this. I had very bad experience at this hotel , i will start with check in .i requested for early checkin for 9 am , i reached at hotel at around 8-8:30 am , desk staff was sleeping and when i asked him he simply said we dont allow check in till 12 and than just went back to sleep. He didn’t even bother to give me any information regarding lounge area or washroom where i can even get freshen up , and when i asked again after an hour , he said ,”its not my mistake you came early “ . This was response i got from reception staff . 2nd thing , breakfast was included and yet when i ordered milk for room service because breakfast was not ready yet at 8:30 am, they charged me 75 rs/-. 3rd thing , my room was on 2nd floor , someone kept lift door open on ground floor , n alarm kept on going like ‘please close the door’ for like 5 mins(even I could hear it on 2nd floor ) , and there were 4 staff member present at reception, and no one bothered to just close the door . And no one even responded when i asked , so i had to come down at ground floor to close the door . 4th and worst thing was , SOMEONE OPENED MY ROOM WITHOUT KNOCKING OR RINGING THE BELL .TWICE . Me being only girl in room felt so horrible about that . Staff just opened door when i was inside room without knocking . Other than rude staff behaviour , food was ok . Room was ok .
