I regret to say that if it were possible to rate this experience in the negative, I would not hesitate to do so. Our stay at this hotel was an utter disappointment from the very beginning. We had made reservations for four rooms over a four-night period, specifically emphasizing to a representative named Deeksha that we were a business team with female members, and our priority was clean and well-maintained rooms and washrooms. We were assured that our needs would be met, only to be met with a shocking reality upon arrival.
To our dismay, the receptionist seemed completely unaware of our booking, and no rooms were prepared. Incredibly, our rooms had been allocated to couples on an hourly basis, a situation we vehemently protested. Only when we threatened to escalate the matter did the receptionist reluctantly admit to this egregious mistake. We were promised alternate rooms, but by then, our trust had been shattered.
The conditions of the rooms we were shown were deplorable. The bed sheets were stained with objectionable marks, and the stench in the rooms was unbearable. The washrooms were nothing short of a horror show. I immediately contacted Deeksha at Fabexpress, and after a heated conversation, she passed the phone to her senior, who offered apologies and proposed relocating us to a different property.
We ventured to Taj Home Stays by Fabexpress, only to find it reeking of cigarette smoke and infested with rats. The washrooms were abysmal, unlike anything I've ever witnessed. Once again, we communicated our grievances to the Fabexpress manager, seeking a full refund for the advance payment. His response was dismissive, claiming that rooms were provided, even though they were far from what we had booked. He showed no concern for the numerous issues we encountered during our stay.
It is important to note that the hotel had CCTV cameras, which could confirm that we were denied the rooms we had reserved. When we raised our concerns loudly, couples hastily left the hotel, an action that speaks volumes about the establishment's lack of integrity.
I strongly advise against relying on the pictures provided by Fabexpress, as the reality does not match the portrayal. This is a substandard and unsuitable choice for families, business groups, or friends. Our experience with Fabexpress has been a complete disappointment, as we were left without accommodations and denied a refund. We spent the entire day searching for a suitable alternative and, fortunately, found a reliable Airbnb.
If you are on a limited budget, I implore you to consider Airbnb as a far superior option. The quality and service are incomparable, and you'll avoid the nightmare that we unfortunately endured...

And secondly the behaviour of the caretaker whose name is Brijesh Maurya was so rude and annoying. Each one of us were so fed up from his way of attending people that we didn't even want to see him around us. I must say if he’ll continuing doing this so hotel would definitely get closed. I seen most of the customers are complaining and all have common problems.
Please do not opt for the breakfast which is 200/- for two as this hotel is running a scam… they will server you chai + one 10rs packet of good day biscuit as a breakfast and if you ask for refund of breaks fast they will give your 75/- for two… what a 125 rs scam.
Service is really pathetic here for a chai you have to wait for around 45-60min and for any other utility you can’t even imagine
Lastly I want to say i am dissatisfied and disappointed from the hotel as for every single think which the caretaker is deniying we have to call to fab hotel main branch and have to explain the situation and they they call him.. this is what we have to do every time.

Following were the issues I faced:
the rooms were not well maintained, it was not clean, nor painted properly. the geyser was not working. the bed was really a mess, mattress was very poor quality, i had to face backache because of it bedsheets were having so many spots of oil etc. I had just asked the hotel to keep my ice cream in fridge , which they misplaced it. the staff were not mature enough to be polite, infact their answer to every thing was just that they do what their owner tells. they did not provide the toiletries upfront, neither the towel nor other bathing items. Moreover, they denied providing me with hair shampoo. The soap which they provided was absolute zero quality, as it did not even give foam. the guy on the reception was straight forward and was not courteous.
After paying such price per night, it was waste of my money.
