Sunnydale — Hotel in East Zone

This property is mentioned to be 2 minutes walk from the airport and that is the reason why I booked here. However, it is 2-3 km away from the airport and buried in some nondescript neighborhood. The access road is non-asphalted (or completely destroyed) and most people around seems not aware of this place. You will definitely need to contact the property front desk to reach the place. ||||We have requested for car pickup (that option was available in Booking.com) from the airport. The hotel manager messaged us and separately we confirmed over phone. The pick up didn't arrive here and the hotel front desk person had no clue about our request or what his manager committed to us. Over the phone he advised us to take taxi to the place and he will pay for it and eventually that didn't happen either. ||||We booked for a Deluxe room (or so) and the hotel front desk asked to check the allotted room before he hand over the key. This was bit strange to me. ||||The room was clean enough for the money we paid. ||||The bed is covered with thick plastic wrap (probably for easy maintenance) and it gives a very unease feeling and sound when you move. Very uncomfortable feeling. ||||Next day morning, they offered us coffee and later asked to pay Rs. 60 for it. If they are not providing coffee as complimentary, then better to state that upfront.||||Booking.com has mentioned that the room has complimentary breakfast but that is another false information. The place has no restaurant to serve breakfast. Neither they have enough guests. ||||I think that in India you really need to pay high to get good quality service and that explains why we ended up in this situation here. However, I think there are lot of misinformation provided in website and I strongly believe that the hotel manager did all these on purpose. He seems to be a practicing doctor and not a business guy and he should know how...

We were told to come and book the room in person and not online..however,on visiting the hotel, the receptionist wasn't only rude and unwelcoming but has insulted us and screamed at us to leave the premises at once and said "Room not available for you", "Get out. I will scream more". He even yelled at his own superior for referring us there apparently after reaching the hotel even the superior who asked us to book our room in person asked us to take double suit when normal rooms were available. The premises was untidy and the swimming pool slinked of stale water. All this for a matter of few hours of stay. Watch out. Stay at your own risk. We dont want this to happen with...

Great place to enjoy with your friends/family. Rooms are neatly maintained and so the washrooms as well.. It was a peaceful stay for us and the service was too good.. The staffs are very friendly and they play songs along with bonfire during night.. The dining area is also good and we got a complementary English breakfast well..

The property owner is very friendly and straight forward. The special part is we have 24/7 access to the swimming pool 🤩
