Polar Bear Ice Cream Sundaes Kalapatti — Local services in East Zone

Highly disappointed. One of the worst ice creams ever tasted, the staff were extremely disorganised, understaffed with not enough fruits to serve in the ice cream and they were talking too long to make or serve.

On top of that the ice creams dint haved much taste at all. Polar bear will never be my choice of place for an ice cream here after! I went with my family and we ordered 'Death by chocolate' and ' Banoffe' both were horrible and tasted equal to a normal cheap ice cream brand, I'm sorry to say this. The Banoffe' Sundae had no banana !! I'm surprised to see the 5star ratings and claiming they had the best ice cream!?

The ice creams, cake pieces none of them tasted good and the fudge or toppings or whipping cream dint make a difference at all. I am a baker so i know a thing or two about taste too (just setting the context).

Also ordered a veg sandwich, it was a pre-made sandwich that was microwaved i assume, taste...

There was a hoarding telling multiple fresh fruit milkshakes. It was there by the billing board. Yet they said it's not available except only a few regular faloodas. Then y do they keep it there, I don't know. Ordered for a malai falooda, though I had tasted that multiple times in multiple shops, and tried to go for it. Unfortunately I couldn't even feel the malai flavour and it tasted like rosemilk. When I asked they said its malai. Banged my head and somehow tasted half of it and left. My requests., Plz discard the unavailable item on the display which u r not serving When u name a dish, plz do it right. Not all the customers are new. Some are like me who tested and tasted the same dishes in multiple...
