Zone Connect by The Park, Coimbatore — Hotel in East Zone

We stayed here only 1 night enroute to our home from our Kodaikanal-Coimbatore vacation. The airport is very near, ₹120 uber took us there. We arrived in time before Cafe C (in-house restaurant) closes at 10pm. The dinner we ordered was great quality and tasted excellent too. Complimentary breakfast buffet next morning had very good variety, esp. for children. From fruits to dry fruits, south indian breakfast, bakery, continental, everything was available and tasted very good. Dosa and tea was made to order and staff were available to serve when needed. Excellent service. Rooms are well equipped, adequate light, clean (overall room cleanliness, linen, towels etc.). We loved the sleek furniture in the room, which is just enough to cater for a comfortable stay. Mini fridge has a glass door, so that guests do not forget to carry their stuff once placed in fridge. Very thoughtful indeed. We loved this hotel stay and would prefer Zone connect and their sister hotels...

This is our first visit to Coimbatore and it is a unplanned one. After googling some hotels we selected your hotel and at present staying at your hotel. The overall room and hotel is pleasant.

1.But after checking in around 7:30pm when we went to fresh up we were surprised to know that hot water is not there. These days hot water 24X7 is common in a decent star hotel so we didn’t check about that while checking in. We requested for extra towels and water to be refilled. In spite of requesting twice it is still not done. Had we been told we would have got our own water bottles. We have kids and it is really annoying for us to keep on requesting basic things.

These are the problems we have faced till now, hope we don’t have...

I recently spent 21 days at this hotel during a business trip, providing me with ample opportunity to offer a comprehensive review. Frankly, I'm puzzled by its 4-star rating. Apart from the food, which was satisfactory, nearly every aspect of my stay fell short. To make matters worse, I even experienced a loss—a shirt valued at 2000 rupees—and the response from the staff was extremely disappointing. The manager, Aswathy, lacks basic customer service skills, and the receptionist was of little assistance. Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this...
