Hotel Grand In Vaishali — Hotel in Ghaziabad

I stayed in the hotel Grand Inn for approx. 3 months. The best thing I found is the location. It's located near the market. Easily you can enjoy the evening time to explore the varieties of fast food famous in India.

Rooms cleaning are ok only as couples used to come to this hotel.

So this hotel is best for couples.

I will give a ZERO rating for service to this hotel.

It means once you pay the advance bills, the hotel Reception and service person will forget you.

After payment is done, you have to do all the services from your self i.e. water, room cleaning AC repairing, water leakages, TV recharge.

Hardly you will get towels and clean bedsheets.

Suggestion - Better to look at the room, ask required services then pay.

Requesting any services will waste your time by discussion at reception.

The main thing is their all landline phones are dead. If you call on their mob. No. They will say abhi bhejta hu. I changed the room two times bcos of AC and leakages in room The room they are cleaning within 5 min.

So many leakages are there, but nobody is looking into it.

On Oyo, this hotel is listed as "Townhouse 1239 Grand Inn" and it also goes by the name "FabHotels" sometimes.

Everything was below standard for this place. Staff was rude, I was overcharged because I booked on Oyo(they deliberately give the picture of the bigger rooms in Oyo and then give you the smaller room when you arrive). I had to change my room 3 times(and chase the staff for hours on end to even have that happen). I had to do that because the first time room was small/no window + ac wasn't working. I paid +500 to upgrade but AC wasn't working in the other room either. So transfer again. I'll post photos/videos of that last room where the AC worked(the room itself was nasty).

Also so many code violations, I don't even know where to begin(check my pictures/videos to find for yourself). Finally, do not rely on Oyo reviews. For whatever reason, they denied my review and I'm guessing they'll deny most negative reviews on some or other grounds because it's beneficial for them. I am assuming that's why this hotel is rated so high in Oyo(fake Oyo reviews+ not allowing negative ones).

Bottom line: STAY...

Dirty bedsheets, stinky corridors, rooms, drunk staff ,threaten if u raise complaint , they all drink in night nd might harm you. It took 1.30 hr to change the bedsheet.and they come up with the stained bedsheet again. Stinky matress... Staff saying sir 1500 -2000 k room hai. apne jyada de diye . I paid 4500 for this cheap hotel. I palid16500 for 4 days. When asked for the bill they gave me 11500 bill. Mmt Charged double the worth of hotel. Mmt is quit in professional and poor quality of staff who are getting tieup with these kind of Hospital. Do opt for OYO or AGODHA ..never ever opt for mmt.. not reliable. Housekeeping staff is abusive. Not safe or women and family. Not worth for money. 1000-1200 wala hotel hai. Noticed kitchen while checking out.. staff is unhygienic. Hygiene not maintained. Poor pest control.
