Horrible Experience – Stay Away! This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Everything about this place screams neglect, unprofessionalism, and zero respect for guests. Here’s what happened: 1.Filthy Rooms: The bed linen and commode were disgusting at check-in. I had to demand that they be cleaned. How is a room even assigned in such a condition? It’s shameful and completely unacceptable. 2.Fake Amenities: The Wi-Fi didn’t work for over 4 hours. The TV was a joke—only YouTube was available, which obviously didn’t work without Wi-Fi. Why advertise amenities that are completely non-functional? 3.Pathetic Service: I had to call multiple times over two hours just to get a bottle of drinking water. The staff clearly couldn’t care less about basic guest needs. 4.Mosquito Infestation: The room was infested with mosquitoes. I asked the night duty manager (Sunil/Sujit) for mosquito repellent, and while he promised to send it, nothing arrived. He didn’t even bother to call back. I had to order mosquito repellent from Blinkit just to make it through the night. 5.Unprofessional and Rude Staff: When I asked the receptionist for the manager’s contact number, he was rude and dismissive, outright refusing to help. He ignored me while busy with someone else, showing complete disrespect. When I finally reached the manager (Amit), he assured me he’d resolve the issues, then abruptly cut the call and never answered again. This level of unprofessionalism is appalling. 6.Not for Families: This hotel is clearly not meant for families or anyone looking for a decent stay. It caters to couples looking to stay for a few hours, and the lack of cleanliness and basic amenities reflects that. Families should stay far away from this place.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was an absolutely awful experience. The air conditioning was not working the entire night, leaving the room hot and uncomfortable. Additionally, the room had a terrible smell that made it difficult to relax.
I attempted to change the room, but since it was midnight, I was told it was not possible. The washroom was equally appalling: the flush was broken and the entire bathroom was dirty.
The hotel's service was extremely disappointing. The staff did not even provide basic drinking water; instead, they charged extra for it. The staff seemed uneducated and completely lacked customer service skills. They had no idea how to manage guests or handle issues professionally. the hotel manager informed me that they would not provide an AC room because their AC units were not working. Instead, I was told to manage with just a fan. This was unacceptable given the extreme heat and humidity.
The manager suggested finding another room nearby, which was not feasible at that hour. If the hotel does not have available AC rooms, they should not show availability on booking platforms like Goibibo. This is misleading and feels like outright cheating.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was an unpleasant stay and not worth the money it was a nightmare. After getting stuck in this hotel, I tried contacting Goibibo to arrange a better room nearby and arrange transportation since it was midnight, but nobody listened or responded.

From the start, everything was disappointing. Basic amenities like towels, soap, and even drinking water glasses were missing. They shockingly demanded extra charges for drinking water, which is absurd for any hotel. The bed sheet in the room was torn, the fan was damaged, and even the handwash bottle provided was torn and barely functional.
The room we were given initially had very dim lighting, making it hard to relax. When we requested a room change, the staff ignored us multiple times until I had to personally go to the reception and insist. After changing the room, they refused to provide us with the room key, and the door lock was damaged, leaving us feeling unsafe.
Cleanliness and maintenance were nonexistent. The toilets were extremely unhygienic, with rusted flushes and fixtures. While the rooms looked spacious in the photos, they were poorly maintained, with rusted instruments, broken fixtures, and an overall neglected appearance.
The lack of proper maintenance was appalling. There were no glasses for drinking water, and the absence of even the most basic amenities made the stay extremely uncomfortable. I paid ₹2362 expecting at least some level of comfort, but even a basic guest house or dharamshala would have been far better.
