Hotel Sunshine Park — Hotel in Ghaziabad

We had arrived at Anand Vihar Bus Terminal and were searching for a suitable accommodation for a night. We had to attend an Award Function at the Bikaner House, near India Gate.

We found this hotel which is merely 1.6 kilometers and reached there without any difficulty. We got the room at a competitive tariff of ₹1800/night inclusive of taxes.

The room number 108 was quite spacious and adequately lit. The toilet was not so big, but was still manageable. The equipment were working fine and the room service was great. They serve great food which is truly delicious and fresh, though the charges are quite steep.

The hotel staff is friendly and active, but the hotel shall work primarily on two aspects to improve its quality significantly. Firstly, they must pay heed to deep cleanliness which is missing. Secondly, they shall not accommodate those who take rooms to booze and create a ruckus during late night hours.

I have to find hotel in last minutes due to changes in schedule and programs . this was the only option in budget around this area . room was not a value for money, what we paid . large rooms attache bath but it seems that room was not occupied for long time . there is kind of dust there and my nose and eye start running water after 20 minutes . i asked for twin room and found that hotel has all double rooms . asked for an extra bed sheet , it was not given. restaurant will open at 7 am you can get tea after 7 am. which is ok . rooms were faded and bathrooms with one towel for two person . bathrooms are likely to be Public toilets good granite tiles and sanitary but seems that never deeply cleaned . later i come to know about nearby Ginger hotel which seems...

Pathetic hotel at this price. We paid 4500 for practically for one day stay as no early check in facility was available. We checked in around 8 am in morning and checked out at 11 am next day. And paid in full for 4 hours stay. Room was dirty and toilet was stinking as no ventilation was available. TV was either not working or was too complicated for me to start it. Even Drinking water was not available in the room. We purchased it from outside. Room cleaning was not done despite we left the key on counter for the same.
