Most horrible experience! Read the reviews online and got trapped in this filthy and under maintained property.

The pictures and reviews written online are a year old. The current condition of this property is not livable.

Rats and spiders infused property Linens and towels stink Curtains falling off the rails Dead lizards around pool areas Kitchen microwave and bread toaster soaked in year old food leftovers. Floor covered in dirt that when we wiped it, the tissue turned black!! Each and every utensil in the kitchen is covered in dirt and unwashed. The rooms are dirty , the floors of entire villa are covered in age old layers of dirt.

They dint even clean the property before welcoming us.. shocking!! The pictures shared while booking the property are from the time when this property was newly built/bought or was well maintained. Now is not that case.

The staff walks away when asked to make tea or clean the room to stroll outside and smoke. The staff blames that owner doesn’t provide supplies and fresh linen so they cant help but put these dirty ones.

The owner says my staff must have missed out on cleaning il will ring them to do the chores! It was a complete chaos and mismanaged property.

Highly and disturbingly taken aback by the way the property was kept and the way we were welcomed throughout our stay. Disrespect ,Lies ,shaming us on their faults to cover up their short comings it was a mentally upsetting stay which spoiled the whole holiday mood :(

Will never ever recommend this property to anyone. Please save your money and energy and dont spoil your goa trip wasting your time staying here.

I hope the owner and staff fix the property before inviting anyone else and charging...

We had an amazing stay at a beautiful villa Casasamsara in Goa! The property was spacious with 4 bedrooms, perfect for our family. Each room was well-furnished and comfortable, offering plenty of privacy. And it was the best price for this villa. The highlight of the villa was definitely the private pool—it was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for cooling off during hot days or relaxing under the stars at night. We also loved having access to the fully equipped kitchen, which allowed us to cook meals whenever we wanted. Not big territory around the house. but there were outdoor seating areas where we could chill and enjoy the warm evenings. Last but not least, the staff deserves special mention. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. From keeping the place tidy to assisting with local recommendations, they made sure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Overall, this villa exceeded our expectations, and we'd highly recommend...

Amazing Villa .. With Amazing Scenic view to every Bedroom..

The Top Floor Bedroom has a beautiful view of Candolim Beach ⛱ which makes your morning 🌄 Beautiful !!

The 2nd Floor has a partial view of the Beach & The Pool ..

And the Ground Floor Bedroom which is my personal favorite which opens directly to the pool & the pool side bar which makes you feel that your in Goa and has super positive vibes is a cherry 🍒 on the top !!

The caretaker Narayan and his lovely wife have magic in there hands as they make your morning breakfast forget all the late night 🌙 bitterness off Daru with there lovely Egg speciality and Tea 🍵!!

The place is very well maintained .. The Best Villa to stay in when you r in Goa
