Casa Sol 2 by Iksha — Hotel in Goa

Unfortunately I do not normally leave bad reviews unless I am totally unsatisfied. This review is for the Casa Sol Villa, we arrived there for a weeks holiday with our family of 16. On the moment we arrived the children rushed to the toilet which I could not believe my eyes as they were absolutely disgusting. Not only were they dirty they were shredded as the wood was wearing away and smelt awful. Unfortunately later that day, we realised that there were no basic necessities that were promised to us. The fridge was full of fungus and the utensils were extremely dirty. The bed linen was dirty with stains, cob webs around the room and extremely dirty toilets. The manager would make his ‘courtesy’ visits everyday but it was absolutely useless as no action was being taken even after informing him. With 16 of us and 2 villas, this was an awful experience. Definitely not worth the money for a ‘5 star experience’ and DEFINITELY doesn’t feel like you are on...

When we entered the room 2 bulbs in room and 2 in the bathroom were working. The drawers were dirty. The tata sky connection had expired. The utensils were disgusting, extremely dirty. We are 14 of us and there were barely any spoons, plates and glasses. Even though breakfast is included there was no bread, butter, cheese, jam or juice. Nothing was ready at all. Once we asked for it the needful was done is bits and pieces with extremely slow service. There wasnt a proper dustbin the kitchen so we made our own. The kitchen in the smaller villa along with the kitchen Utensil had a layer of dust in it. The sheets of the bed had stain marks. One guy had been employed to maintain a 7 bedroom villa. The villa is always so filthy. Pathetic experience and definitely not worth spending the amount we did for...

The property was overall very comfortable because of the caretaker her. But we were flabbergasted by the behaviour of the manager who forced us to stand on the road while we wait for our cab which got delayed. Our friend met with a horrible accident and severely injured his knee, elbow and face. Upon making the manager understand and let us at least sit in the living area after we had vacated and wrapped up from the property she shouted at the injured person saying I can see you in the camera, get out and all that. I wish I could record it and post it here so that if you are planning on experiencing hospitality, you could raise this concern and confront her.
