If you’re seeking an exceptional culinary experience that combines the rich flavours of Goa with impeccable service, look no further than House of Lloyd’s. Nestled in the heart of Goa called Saipem this renovated and elevated gem offers not only a feast for the senses but also a glimpse into the true essence of luxury Goan hospitality.

From the moment you step inside, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The service here is truly paramount, with the attentive staff going above and beyond to ensure your dining experience is seamless. Lloyd and Nerissa seem genuinely invested in making you feel like family, and their recommendations never disappoint.

Now, to the food. House of Lloyd’s takes Goan cuisine to new heights, showcasing both traditional and innovative flavors. A standout dish that should not be missed is their Pork Chops. Tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, these chops are a celebration of culinary craftsmanship. Each bite is a harmonious balance of smoky, spicy, and savory notes that transport you straight to barbecue heaven.

For dessert, the Caramel Custard is nothing short of divine. Smooth, silky, and perfectly balanced in sweetness, it’s the ideal way to end your meal on a high note. It’s a simple yet elegant dessert that stays true to its roots while offering an indulgent touch.

The menu also features a stunning selection of Goan specialties that have been perfected over generations. House of Lloyd’s showcases the best of Goan ingredients with cooking that’s elevated and refined to arrive on plate that’s artistic yet indulgent. Each dish is made with the finest ingredients, and you can taste the authenticity in every bite.

The cocktails are equally impressive. From the classic Feni-based drinks to tropical concoctions, the mixologists here know how to elevate spirits to new levels.

Overall, House of Lloyd’s is a true sensory destination in Goa. It’s not just about the food, but the whole experience—the impeccable service, the flavors that linger long after the meal, and the genuine passion for flavours. Whether you’re a local or a visitor, from anywhere in India or across the globe this restaurant promises a memorable dining experience you’ll want to return to time...

A Sentiment Called Lunch: House of Lloyds, Goa I came to House of Lloyds craving their legendary pork chops, but the stunning ambience stole my breath before the first bite. The moment you cross the threshold, something shifts — the air stills, your shoulders relax, and you're wrapped in a surreal calm, almost spiritual. It’s not just the lush tropical greenery or the heritage pillars. It’s the thoughtful design — the arched walkways, vaulted ceilings, and what I can only describe as a “High Altar Bar,” backlit by the most exquisite stained glass windows I’ve seen outside of Europe. I almost knelt in gratitude for a moment before ordering my first cocktail. Inside, it’s all seamless elegance — cherubs at the entrance, and indoor-outdoor seating that flows like a Goan breeze. There’s even an angel fountain custom-made for the space. the interiors are designed by Nerissa Lloyd, the Lady of the House herself.Which brings me to the heart of this experience — this is not just a restaurant. You’re quite literally in the House of Lloyd. That door you see across the courtyard? That’s their home. And the man with a beer strolling past your table, checking if everything’s perfect? That’s Lloyd himself — host, and an embodiment of old-school hospitality. As for the food,it lived up. • The Pork Chops? Sublime. Juicy, caramelised, rich — worth every rave I’d heard. • Beef steak and Chicken Parmesan were flavour-packed and perfectly cooked. • The salad was a surprise hit—in Goa’s humid summer, I feared wilted leaves, but it came fresh and vibrant, with tender grilled chicken and a house-made cheese that deserved its own fan club. • And then, the beef kebabs — spicy, succulent, and a big fat kiss to my overdeveloped Indian palette that demands masala to feel love. I was in ecstasy. The cocktails? I had many. Too many. Names forgotten, memories retained. They were balanced, inventive, and dangerously drinkable. This was supposed to be lunch. It turned into hours. But when a meal is this good, this atmospheric, and this heartfelt — you don’t rush....

I recently celebrated my 50th birthday at House of Lloyds, Candolim, and it truly turned out to be one of the most memorable celebrations of my life. We had around 120 guests, and every single person left with smiles, full hearts, and happy tummies!

From the very beginning, Lloyd and Nerissa went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The setup was beautiful – the unique ambiance of the space, with its chapel-like feel, gave us the chance to start the evening with a heartfelt prayer before the celebrations. It set the perfect tone for what was to follow.

The food was simply outstanding. We had a lavish spread that included barbecues, seafood broils, pork chops, and the freshest fruit cocktails. Every dish was cooked to perfection – flavorful, hearty, and exactly what you would expect from a venue known for its legendary food. A special mention goes to the brownies that Nerissa graciously added in – so soft, moist, and melt-in-the-mouth delicious that they disappeared in no time!

The swimming pool added an extra touch of fun, especially for the kids, who had a blast while the adults enjoyed the cozy, relaxed atmosphere. The location itself is perfect – tucked away from the noisy tourist belt, giving us the peace and privacy we needed to truly enjoy the evening with family and friends.

What stood out the most was the warmth and kindness of Lloyd and Nerissa. They aren’t just great hosts – they make you feel like you’re celebrating in your own home, surrounded by care and genuine hospitality. It’s rare to find people who put so much heart into what they do, and it showed in every little detail of the evening.

Thank you, Lloyd and Nerissa, for making my 50th birthday such a beautiful and unforgettable celebration. Your food, your space, and above all, your kindness will always be remembered by me and my guests. House of Lloyds will forever hold a special place...
