Disappointing Experience – Misleading Photos and Poor Maintenance (24-Nov to 28-Nov) We stayed at this property as a group of 11 people, including two kids, and were thoroughly disappointed with our experience. The photos of the villa portrayed spacious rooms and a well-maintained location, but the reality was far from it. • Misleading Photos: The rooms appeared large in the photos but were surprisingly small in person. The hall, which should have accommodated our group comfortably, was much smaller than expected. • Untidy Exterior: The outer part of the building was poorly maintained and untidy, which immediately set the tone for our stay. • Pool Access Issues: The pool could only be accessed through one of the rooms, which was inconvenient, and it was much smaller than depicted in the pictures. • Balcony Charges: One of the shared balconies had a broken chair, and despite barely using the space except for the drying rack, we were charged ₹1500 for a simple plastic chair that we didn’t even use. It felt unfair and exploitative, especially as the chair could have been broken beforehand. We were still in the property while the caretakers were cleaning that balcony, but it was only informed to us via whatsapp with a picture. • Unresponsive Host: Once the hefty deduction for the broken chair was made, the host stopped responding to our messages, adding to the frustration. • Parking Issues: There was no proper parking space. We had to park our vehicles on the road, which was inconvenient and unsafe. • Poor Hygiene: The kitchen items were not cleaned properly. Bowls were still oily, and we had to wash everything ourselves to ensure they were hygienic, particularly since we had children with us. The overall condition of the villa, including a muddy road leading to it and the lack of cleanliness, was far from the fresh and inviting vibe shown in the photos. For the price we paid, this was unacceptable, and we would not recommend staying here.

We stayed at Infinity Villa and initially booked it for 2 days, but we liked it so much that we extended our stay to 4 days. Caretaker Ujjwal was amazing—very supportive and always ready to cater to our needs. Ankaj, the property manager, was a gem of a person and helped us whenever required. The rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures, which was a pleasant surprise. Rating: 9/10 – Deducting one star because the pool could have been better. At first, the villa may feel like it’s in the middle of nowhere, but once you rent a scooter, you'll realize it's close to major attractions like: Baga Beach Hammerz Club Anjuna Beach Soho Club Birch by Romeo Lane If you’re looking for a 5 BHK villa, don’t think twice—it’s totally worth it! Bonus tip: Definitely visit Birch by Romeo Lane—it was amazing! (Not part of the villa review, but had to mention it.)

We were a group of 15 college friends, stayed from 18th July to 21st July. 1. Ambience is great 👍. 2. Well maintained 5 bedrooms are cleaned daily. 3. 3 Galleries with seaside views. 4. Swimming pool although small is good for a casual dip & sip party. 5. Caretaker staff is courteous & very helpful. 6. Pankaj & Ankaj are soft spoken, knowledgeable & helpful with travel planning & taxi booking. 7. They have cook available chargeable on per meal basis, groceries extra. 8. The kitchen is well organized for self cooking also. 9. Villa is a few minutes drive to Baga beach, and close to many eateries & choice of restaurants.

Our recent stay at this property was extremely disappointing and did not live up to the expectations set by the photos. While the images online showcased a fresh, inviting, and luxurious experience, the reality was far from it. For the price we paid, the stay was unacceptable due to numerous issues:

Misleading Photos: The photos depicted spacious rooms and a large swimming pool, but the rooms were surprisingly small, and the pool was much smaller than expected. Adding to the inconvenience, the pool could only be accessed through one of the rooms, which was not practical for all guests. Functional Issues: The AC units were old and underpowered, making it difficult to cool the rooms effectively. The heater and AC in one of the bedrooms didn’t work at all. Fans in living room were in poor condition and felt unstable, giving the impression they might fall. The switch sockets were unreliable, and the water heater was inconsistent, with hot water running out halfway through showers. Water Supply Problems: One night, there was no water in any of the bathrooms because the water tank hadn’t been refilled Safety Concerns: The railings on the staircase and balconies were weak, making the property unsafe for children. We had to constantly supervise the kids, especially near the balconies, which added unnecessary stress. Crib Delay: Despite requesting a crib as soon as we checked in, it was only provided late at night Constant Complaints Ignored: We were a group of 14, including children, and every time we raised a complaint about the issues, the staff would listen, visit but never actually fixed them completely. This lack of action added to our frustration. The photos painted a picture of luxury and comfort, but the reality was riddled with inconveniences and safety concerns. Despite the staff’s initial responsiveness, their inability to resolve the problems left us feeling neglected and stressed. For the price we paid, this stay was not worth it. We would not recommend this property to families or anyone looking for a hassle-free vacation. Significant improvements are needed in terms of maintenance, safety, functionality, and overall service.

What we liked was the food offered by chef and care taker. Care taker was helpful in buying groceries and arranging...

Our stay here at the villa was an extremely underwhelming experience. While there are quite a few things to detail out, here are a few summarizing points

The pictures on the site and sent by the owner are extremely misleading. The pictures seem to have be taken through a fish eye lens which makes all the rooms in the villa seem a lot bigger than they actually are - especially the living room and pool. The pool is on the first floor and only accessible through a room. which is something we were completely unaware off. There is a microwave but no microwave safe cutlery in the house.

The hygiene of the villa was extremely poor - from ants infesting our food that was kept in the kitchen or rooms to BIG! cockroaches and LIZARDS randomly appearing in the villa - this villa had it all. The maintenance of the villa was on the same level - every time it would pour down the window in the hall would leak and the water would accumulate by the dining table

While I do know of quite a few villas that add disinfecting bleach to their swimming pools - but the amount of disinfecting bleach in the pool here was extremely high. Our clothes were discolored. our skin got itchy, some of us developed rashes its been 2 days since we are back and our skin is still trying to recover. The suction nozzle in the pool was uncovered, and while we tried to avoid it as much as we could every once in a while, we would landing up standing in front of it and would feel the strong pull.

So on an overscale i would give our stay here just 1 star. The 2nd star is for Kartik - who was of real help throughout our stay and that villa is centrally located to a lot of up and coming...
