Maitri Sweet Living — Hotel in Goa

So Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Goa! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and owner Mr. Sudesh, My Premium Suite, Junior Suite & Premium room were awesome. The staff was extremely friendly, and polite. We had five great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. Second thing Located near from the center of city just 1.4 kms, perfect location near to all major chill out beaches,the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality.The hotel owner Mr. Sudesh is very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay.The staffs were very helpful.The hotel provides u almost every facilities from good rooms to rent a cab. Hotel owner himself will guide you a daily tour to different places, they take care of everything in a very descent polite way. The second day spent at beach shack which was guided by owner Mr Sudesh. Sudesh is such a warm personality and expert in guding us in our short as well as long stay, We truly enjoyed the beaches and shack he suggested us. The beach was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The natural sea bath on the end was a great way to end the beach walk. Third important thing. The rooftop mini kitchen of hotel was great, I really appreciate the breakfast given in time. when i say food was great(i mean it :))Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families:). You wont regret,just be there:) you deserve a warm stay, for yourself here.

Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me, surrounded by a 5 star atmosphere. All respect for Mr Sudesh the owner who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality with his team, hat's off to "MAITRI SWEET LIVING" ! Visit atleast once, at it will make a life time...

Booked through Fab hotels, it was my first stay at this hotel. This is a small hotel, may be with 10-12 rooms, near to Baga side, apprx 1.5 km from Baga beach and near the main road and is in situated in a quite place. There are several such small hotels in this area. The owner seems to be staying at the ground floor and he personally involves in welcoming guests and enquiring well-being which was a pleasant experience.Room is adequately spacious, kept clean, and AC was also working fine. Bathroom is kept quite good. I got twin bedded room. Breakfast is inclusive but is limited to any one item like bread, Upma, Parata etc. Food will be delivered to your room from near by restaurant, if needed so, they dont have a restaurant. My only issue during the stay was that water was not hot for bathing, which he said is due to solar powered heater which sometimes donot fulfil expectations due to cloudy weather, I hope he find a better way to overcome this. I am also not sure whether they have laundry services, wifi, all TV channel connectivities etc, pl check if you are particular about these services. The staffs are also not very professional, but they will attend to your requirements. This is not a 100% business hotel but is good for casual stays.||||It will be a good idea to take your vehicle or utilize vehicle renting services which will ease your travel blues. Taxi fare in this area is quite high compared to other states and there is no Ola or Uber services either. ||This is a good hotel for budget stays, away from main city area, still in the vicinity...

Kudos to Maitri Sweet Living and Team.||||Thanks a Tonn Mr. Sudesh for making our Trip a memorable one.||||We are Posting this review after 2 staycation at Maitri Sweet Living, Baga, Goa||||Overall it was Fantastic to stay with Maitri Sweet Living (Now we feel there is another home for us in GOA)||||Pros :||||1) Location : It is located opposite Baga Creek, and very near to the world famous BAGA Beach. You will have access to major attraction of North Goa from the property Easily, Nearby you can find out good places to hangout and partying (would like to mention Goa Gossips, Must try Place)||||2) Breakfast : Too Good. Damn Good. Do not have word to describe, we just feel like we wake up in our own home and homemade breakfast is ready for you.||||3) Cleanliness and Hygiene : Whole property is very well maintained and cleanliness is up to the mark. You don’t have to point out for cleaning or hygiene ||||4) Staff : Mr. Sanjay Dalai, who was caretaker there and very helpful person.||||5) Owner : Mr. Sudesh Divkar, A Gem of person, always ready to help you with smiling face. Even they arrange Room Decoration and Cake for us as a surprise. Loved IT…||||Cons : ||||1) There is no any cons.
