FabHotel Sai Swastik — Hotel in Goa

Me and my partner travelled on 2 bikes to goa. Woah my first long bike ride. I needed a good hotel to rest for sure. We paid almost 8000 per night for tripple occupancy but during peak season that would also be a good rate i guess. The good points The rooms and bathrooms are clean and exactly how they showcase on their website. The extra bed is super comfortable and not a make shift one. The linen was very clean. Location is lovely if u want to visit fort aguada (5 kms) and another few spots. Candolim beach is exactly 8 mins on a bike or car. It is 15 20 mins walk or more like 7 kms. You definately need a vehicle to move around. The best thing is the restaurant below the hotel "our food court" or something. We had an awesome time. We tried amazing aloo paranthas and appam with egg curry and even their biryani was yummy. Value for money. They serve juices too. If u r a fitness freak there is a gym below the hotel. We not used it. Hotel manager the lady was super polite and good. I loved the peaceful location. Just a short drive to the market and beach area. Areas of inprovement Shower curtain should be there in the shower area. The bathroom area. 2 . The breakfast portion is too less for the price. They give u one option either eggs or poha or something. It is less for people with big appetite . Room service and housekeeping services could be better and faster. Had to ask for supplies. Not given at first. The boy at the reception in the night shift was arguing and was a little rude. For tripple occupancy one bottle was given complimentary which is weird. This property is based in North Goa and very near to Club LPK (1.8 KMS) and a petrol pump. Candolim beach is nearest and Baga Calangute beaches are within 5 Kms radius. You get good bikes/scooties from hotel at 200 rs. per day with no security deposit. Its newly built property with clean rooms. Staff was friendly. Complimentary Breakfast options are limited so you can drive 1 km to another breakfast/Lunch/Dinner joint called Nerul Eat Street if you dont like restaurant food/options. Ensure to book through OYO rather than Makemytrip or any third party websites. You can get good deals on OYO if booked very much in advance. No pool available....
