Hotel Laxmi Empire — Hotel in Goa

The hotel is pretty good. The staff is also good. The main problem is the GM. He don't know how to handle guests. He will bluff customers. My room was wet smelly and when asked him to change room. He said this is due to heavy rains from past 4 days. And the hotel is full even I may need to vacate room to give rooms to guests. think this is not way to Answer. Then the building is not in good condition.

Second thing is my cousin reached late night with 10 months old baby. The night manager was not allowing them to checkin without Adhaar. My cousin requested to atleast allow his 10 months old child to room with her mother. He is not allowing made them to wait for 20 min at midnight. Already keys we had taken on their behalf early that day and again we handed over the keys back to hotel to give keys to my cousin so that they can straight away got to their room . but the manager didn't know how to handle the situation made them wait. GM and manager are not fit for their roles in Laxmi Empire.

Third thing is My cousin came to stay back after 1 day and booked room at the hotel by online method. The room had twin beds and my cousin requested to check the possibility of getting king size bed as the baby 10 months old had to sleep in middle. The Gm answered very rudely saying do I need to buy new bed from shop for your purpose. I dont have any was his reply. And that moment at 12 midnight the family felt insecure. And thier junior staff could arrange king size bed. The room boys can handle better than GM. I request Laxmi empire owner to look into this...

I recently stayed at Hotel Laxmi Empire in Goa and had a pleasant experience overall. Its prime location, very near Madgaon (Madgoa) railway station, made it incredibly convenient for travel. The amenities provided were excellent—there's a good-sized pool for a relaxing dip, and the hotel ensures 24-hour hot water availability, which adds to the comfort.

However, there were a couple of drawbacks. While the bathroom area was functional, there were noticeable hard water stains that detracted slightly from the overall appeal. Another point to note is that the hotel is located at some distance from popular tourist attractions, which might be inconvenient for travelers without private transport. If you rent a car, though, it's easy to explore and enjoy all that Goa has to offer.
