Disappointing Experience at Cremeux Navelim, Goa*

I'm a regular customer at Cremeux Navelim, Goa, and I always look forward to their delicious Black Forest Cake. However, my recent visit was a letdown.

I ordered three items, including the Black Forest Cake, but was served an old stock cake that lacked the usual taste and freshness. To make matters worse, the billing counter staff was extremely rude and unhelpful.

When we tried to address the issue, the staff member became defensive and attempted to prove us wrong instead of resolving the problem. We had already paid for our order, which included a pizza that we never received.

Overall, this was a terrible experience at Cremeux Navelim, Goa. I hope the management takes steps to improve their customer service and...

Very bad experience. We checked in at 10.30pm and told that we shall be going for dinner so keep the kitchen open for 10min. We reach restaurant within 10mins. We were told only main course will be served. After a quick argument they agreed to serve starters too. We had booked two AC rooms... AC in one of the rooms was not working...told at the reception...a boy was sent who couldn't figure out what was wrong he just left. The manager at the reception was least bothered. We called him...he was also uncooperative... We had to leave next day for mumbai early morning so couldn't argue much as we had to sleep. All in all avoid staying at this Coconut Hotel. There are other options like Lemongrass and Limelight...

The taste of items served here was below my expectations.... However the Cafe is well maintained and clean...

The Chicken Burgers that come with mayo, I felt I was munching on some dried sauce... The Pasta was fabulous.... Burgers are a complete NO

Here you will find very less crowd usually at evenings....... Mornings are mostly peak hours where it might get crowdy......... Staff is good & loved the hospitality.......

Cremeux are quite well known for their Pizzas amongst the locals..... I'd recommend this place for a quick bite but not...
