I was in Manali a few days back and I stayed at the Aspiring 6 Elements (Apna Cottage) hotel as a part of my tour package. It was a choice I made and I am so proud of it. During our two-night stay, we enjoyed two breakfasts and two dinners at the hotel, and they were absolutely amazing. The variety of dishes served were deliciously prepared, making us feel right at home. The hygienic kitchen and the provision of early breakfast were added bonuses. Despite the regular meal times being from 8 to 10, the staff went out of their way to accommodate our schedule by preparing special sandwiches for us when we had to leave early in the morning for our tour. These sandwiches were equally fantastic and served as a testament to their exceptional service.

Speaking of service, I must commend the staff at Aspiring 6 Elements as their friendly and helpful nature added an extra layer of comfort, and we truly appreciated their warm hospitality. Initially, we were a bit skeptical about being allocated a room on the top floor, as the thought of climbing to the fourth floor daily seemed daunting. However, the staff quickly put our worries to rest by reminding us of the treks we had already accomplished during our trip. And let me tell you, the climb was definitely worth it! The view from our room was nothing short of exquisite. We found ourselves wanting to keep the window open all day long, captivated by the awe-inspiring sight of snow-capped mountains in the distance.

The scenic beauty of the surrounding mountains was truly mesmerizing and added an enchanting touch to our stay. The opportunity to witness the snow-covered peaks from our room was a dream come true. And it wasn't just the view from our windows and balcony, but even the size of the room. It was huge, clean and gave us good breathing space. It felt amazing to stay there with all the elements that it provided.

Overall, our experience at Aspiring 6 Elements (Apna Cottage) was nothing short of exceptional. The delightful meals, impeccable service, and the breathtaking view made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manali, as it offers the perfect blend of homely comfort and captivating natural beauty. Thank you, Aspiring 6 Elements (Apna Cottage), for providing us with an...

I recently had a truly disappointing stay at 6th element apna hotel , and I feel compelled to share my experience so others can avoid making the same mistake.

From the moment my group arrived, the issues began. First, we were greeted by unprofessional staff who seemed disinterested in our arrival. There was a lack of proper communication, both in cleanliness and comfort. Room quit good but the bathroom had a lingering unpleasant smell.

What truly ruined the experience, however, was the management. Upon checking out, the hotel management accused my group of stealing pillow covers, which was both bizarre and insulting. We were blamed for taking them home, despite no one in our group even considering such an action. The accusation felt baseless and unfair, especially given the circumstances we had dealt with during our stay.

The manager’s approach was unprofessional and unhelpful throughout the entire ordeal. Instead of attempting to resolve the issue in a calm and rational manner, the manager was rude and dismissive. And he chose to point fingers at paying guests. This left a sour taste for everyone in our group, and we felt unfairly treated and targeted.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to stay away. The poor service, lack of professionalism, and hostile management made what should have been a relaxing trip into an incredibly stressful experience. This was not a one-off issue; everything from the state of the rooms to the handling of complaints showed a complete lack of care or concern for the guests.

I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, and I strongly suggest finding another place to stay to avoid the hassle, frustration, and poor treatment we...

Worst service by mr prakash, we stayed here for past 2 days it was a horrible experience, this hotel is not meant for a group of friends

Worst Hotel Experience: Rude Manager and Unacceptable Conditions

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, where the manager, Mr. Prakash, displayed appalling behavior. Despite paying a decent amount, we were treated poorly and subjected to unreasonable rules. We've faced this issue

Paper-thin walls allowed conversations from other rooms to be clearly heard. Mr. Prakash repeatedly visited our room, complaining about noise levels, despite our TV volume being at 15 out of 100. He cited a family above our room needing to wake up early, but we were not being loud. On the second night, he complained again, this time about the number of people sitting on the bed (5) and chairs (3), stating only 3 people could sit on the bed. This rule was never mentioned before. After checking out, Mr. Prakash accused us of taking a pillow cover, blaming us for a minor item worth ₹100.

The manager's behavior was rude, unprofessional, and partial. The hotel's conditions were unacceptable, with thin walls and unreasonable rules. I've stayed in over 100 hotels, and this experience was by far the worst. Avoid this hotel...

I wish I could give this hotel zero stars. Our experience was absolutely horrible, mainly due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff, especially the manager. From the moment we checked in, we were treated with disrespect, as if we were a burden rather than paying guests. The worst part? Upon checkout, the manager falsely accused us of stealing a pillow cover worth ₹80! Seriously? Instead of handling the situation professionally, they rudely blamed us without any proof, making us feel humiliated. It was clear they were just trying to extort money from guests. To make things worse, there was absolutely no privacy in the rooms. Anyone passing by could easily hear our conversations, making it feel like we had no personal space at all. This hotel lacks basic customer service, and the staff behave as if they are doing you a favor by letting you stay. Add to that the complete lack of privacy and false accusations, and this place becomes a nightmare. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be scammed, disrespected, and have zero peace during your stay!

The hotel was good with clean rooms, bathroom and a balcony. The view from balcony is also very nice. But the geyser had a leak which was directly on top of the toilet which was very annoying. They could have repaired it before giving the room to a customer. The food they served was good too and the service especially by Lakshmi was very much appreciable. He was so kind and very understanding. Whereas the caretaker Prakash was very rude and doesn't know how to behave to customers. He acted like a hostel warden asking to reach early and have dinner on time. He closes the entrance at night and no one is supposed to go out. Tourists from different places come to explore the places rather than stay in the room.
