so yeah imagine this you’re in manali freezing your face off and boom you spot pizza hut sitting all warm and inviting inside hotel maple like a hug in the form of a building

walked in thinking okay just gonna grab a slice and bounce but naah ended up staying way longer because that warm cozy vibe hits different when you’re half frozen outside

staff was sweet place was clean and the view from there crazy good imagine munching on cheesy pan pizza while watching mist float around the hills like some magical movie scene

ordered the usual peppy paneer and garlic bread with cheese and bruh it felt ten times better in that cold weather like pizza hut but make it mountain edition

if you’re in manali craving something familiar with a side of beautiful views this spot inside hotel maple is it

total comfort food...

Can you imagine bread running out of Pizza Hut? Yes, it happened here today. They asked us to wait for 30 minutes. We waited as they had no bread left to make our pizzas. After 30 minutes, they asked us to wait for another 20-25 minutes for making their bread. Pathetic service. The staff was extremely rude in their behaviour. Not recommended to visit. Better visit Amigos cafe or La piño's near Mall road than taking such rude behaviour from the staff.

I came here after three months. Guess what .. pathetic service. They don't have any meal available because no garlic bread available. Can you imagine if such was the case with any PIZZA HUt anywhere in a tier one City? They should simply SHUT...

Pizza hut has declared 50 percent off after India won Champions trophy 2025 and it was published in all their social media pages and announced by TV commentators and journalists as well. However, when I reached their outlet in Manali they simply refused to any such offer. I wasted 1 hour arguing with them but they were adamant and I wasted my time and lot of fuel to reach their restaurant. I told them to check with their seniors or head office branch but they refused. Company should spread the message across all outlets so that customers...
