Hotel Alice — Hotel in Gujarat

I would like to express my feedback regarding my recent stay at Hotel Alice amidst the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak. While the staff exhibited amiability and a cooperative demeanor, I did note several concerns that I believe warrant attention.

Regrettably, I observed a lack of adherence to recommended health protocols, specifically the consistent use of masks by the staff, the provision of hand sanitizers, and thorough room sanitization. These aspects are of paramount importance in the current climate to ensure the safety and well-being of guests.

Furthermore, there appeared to be a notable need for proactive service provision, as I found myself in the position of actively pursuing various amenities. This dynamic, from my vantage point, does not contribute positively to the guest experience.

It is important to acknowledge that the hotel's location is indeed advantageous, and there is a perceived value proposition in terms of affordability. However, I firmly believe that rectifying the aforementioned areas of concern would significantly enhance the overall guest experience and elevate the perceived value of the stay.

Worst experience ever. I wish I had read other reviews of this hotel before booking it. There should be an option to give zero rating. The owner and staff are extremely rude and they don't recognize oyo bookings. Instead of just leaving oyo they try to coerce and harass customers with oyo bookings to pay extra on reaching hotel after completing online booking via oyo. On top of everything the staff laughed at us on seeing us getting troubled with this new unjust demand of extra cash payment. Property is located in Prime location that is Visat Circle. Nature of the Manager is very co operative and friendly. Basically its a budget hotel, so Rooms and beds are small and can be used for a stay of a day or for rest. Bathrooms are in managable condition Be careful for unexpected steps in entrance and in some rooms as well. Lift of the premises (sungrace) is big headache as hotel is located on 7 floor and lift works very slowly. Most of the time only one lift works for all the 7th Floor.
