Nestled in the bustling locality of Motera, Grill Kitchen emerges as a sanctuary for food lovers, melding culinary finesse with an inviting ambiance that beckons diners from all walks of life. From the moment you step inside, you're enveloped by a warmth that’s more akin to entering a dear friend’s home than a public eatery. The allure of this establishment isn't just its food, but also its environment which is meticulously designed to set a relaxing and jovial atmosphere.
Upon arrival, the welcome drinks—a zesty Aam Panna and a delightful strawberry concoction—set a refreshing tone to the culinary journey ahead. These aren’t just palate cleansers but an insightful prelude to the flavor fest that Grill Kitchen promises to be.
Starters That Tease and Please
The array of starters at Grill Kitchen is a testament to the chef's philosophy of "celebrating flavors". Each dish, beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared, is a winner. The baby potatoes are a delight, roasted to perfection with just the right amount of spices. Corn and mushrooms follow suit, each element maintaining its unique texture and flavor, enhanced with aromatic herbs and spices.
The soya chaap and tandoori paneer deserve special mention. The soya chaap, robust and meaty, is marinated meticulously and hits all the right notes of smoky and savory. The tandoori paneer, soft yet firm, is marinated in a tantalizing blend of spices, offering a creamy respite with each bite.
Not to be overlooked, the jacketed potatoes are a comforting indulgence, while the various chaats add a crispy, tangy dimension that elevates the entire starter platter. Every item is a careful orchestration of taste and texture, promising to satisfy both vegetarians and the carnivores alike.
Main Course: A Symphony of Flavors
As delightful as the starters are, the main course at Grill Kitchen is where the magic truly happens. The Punjabi subzi and dal rice are standout dishes, each telling a story of traditional cooking with a modern twist. The subzi, with its medley of vegetables cooked in a rich, creamy gravy, pairs wonderfully with aromatic basmati rice or buttery naans.
The salads on offer are a fresh counterpoint to the hearty mains, featuring a range of crisp vegetables, vinaigrettes, and toppings that are both wholesome and flavorful. Meanwhile, the pasta—cooked al dente—is tossed in a velvety sauce that is both comforting and luxurious.
Sweet Endings and Overall Impressions
No meal is complete without a touch of sweetness, and the gulab jamun at Grill Kitchen provides just that. Soft, warm, and dripping in a lightly scented syrup, they are the perfect end to an extravagant meal.

Read moreHeard about the restaurant from friends, so came here with family in Dinner. Its a Good Restaurant, nice ambiance. All Veg foods. Unlimited options, few things they served on table, Soups, Main Course and Desserts you need to pick up from Buffet. We were served all BBQ kebabs and they keep on refilling on demand. Now the Worst Part comes... We were ordered for something but unfortunately different food was delivered Yo need to keep on telling for food to serve, actually they were serving single piece of food at one time If your child is asking for less spicy food they said let me check whether it is available or not in kitchen Main Course variety is very limited, taste is not up to the mark. Not eatable. Name of food was labelled wrong atleast in 5 - 6 areas. Empty Chef n Dish were kept in Buffet, no food items were there. We ate half filled as could not be able to find food to eat, my kid ate papad and few pastries with grapes and a scoop of Vanilla ice cream. Kid is 8 years old but he was charged as adult. No one ask for Roti / Chapati when having main course, all were busy with big tables, not bothered to serve the table of 3 persons We paid the bill but my wife was not served that precious one scoop of Vanilla ice cream. On asking they told "abhi tak nahi diya?" Finally we went out without having ice cream
Our overall experience was payhetic, and the 8 year kid is now dont want to listen the name of "Grill Kitchen" anymore.. He himself gave the Rating of Grill Kitchen only ONE and that is because of Restaurant ambiance only.
Very much Disappointed.... And Not to be...
Read moreRude staff, poor service and okay food. We pre booked our table here for our friend's bday and visited around 2 pm. We instantly started to question our choice since the place was quite literally, empty. There was no customer present apart from us and we wondered if we'll be served fresh food. We got the initial starters with drinks, pizzas and bbq. Bbq was good, pizza was avg and drinks were too sweet for my taste. We then went on the main course. That's when we started to face issues. The staff was pushing us to eat quickly. They almost forced us to get to the main course telling us that the kitchen will be closed soon. We agreed, and started to eat. The main course included pasta, curry, noodles, rice and daal with some salads. All of it except the pasta tasted just about average. When the time came to order rotis, they asked us to make it 1 single order. We argued that the roti will get cold by the time we pick the next one but they insisted again telling us the kitchen will be closed (despite accepting the booking). We got annoyed but ordered anyways. We changed our order almost instantly asking for naan instead of paratha but the staff still gave us parathas. It got further annoying when the staff shut off the lights and ac, forcing us to leave. Overall the experience was pathetic. Professionalism 0/5 Food 2/5 Service 2/5 Ambience 4/5. Although I don't recommend visiting here if you have something special to celebrate. The staff may just...
