HOTEL DAN — Hotel in Gujarat

If google allowed me to use negative rating, I would use nagative 5 star. Today, I am sharing extremely worst experience that I have ever had in my whole professional career. I have been itinerant and stayed in myriad of hotels, but Hotel Dan also has a "Royal Treat Restaurant" at Vapi, was the one who shows me how the hell actually looks like. The management has no aim of catering services to people, they only believe in making profit, regardless caring about the hurdles and dissatisfaction they have created in customers. I had stayed in this hotel for some days and I have experienced some worst nightmares. The photos are enough to judge the situation. Hotel Management Flaws: 1.) Bumbling Staff (both waiter and Managers). No aim of giving service. Food sometimes filled with insects. See rice with ants in pic. 2.) Waiting time in the morning after ordering breakfast- Minimum 45 minutes. And even after that, probability that your order will not served completely. They usually miss some orders, and as a result more than 15 minutes delay. 3.) Even they don't have rat killer and you may find giants in almost every nook. 4.) There is no one who cares about our clothes when we give it for launder. If you give clothes for laundry, it is your responsibility to ask hotel staff whether they have wash and pressed it or not. Sometimes pressed clothes are damaged by Rats. 5.) Ambience of Hotel is very much unpleasant, and negative. I don’t think that they have clean even their own homes in their whole life. Sheer lack of cleanliness. I have been victim of typhoid after staying there. Drinking water sometimes full of impurities. Unfortunately, I don’t have photo. But this is the main reason which made me angry over the staff.

I had complained to Hotel manager many times, even quarreled, but at last, all in vein. This hotel only runs on flow of Visitors of different companies in vapi, but the restaurant is the place for celebration and enjoyment of local people also. May be they don't know what's running inside. How broken and careless their management system. My aim of posting this here is to realize them that Hotel business is not only about profit. Their Manu rates are nearly comparable to barbeque nation and white potato of vadodara, but, I bet, if this hotel is in vadodara, it has been closed down within 10 days...

NEVER GOING TO STAY AT A TREEBO AGAIN. Two star rooms with one star food and zero star bathrooms and ambience. The hotel has non-existent service standards and is an absolute dump. The bathroom is tiny and has a tin sheet for a door. The rooms are musty due to seepage. The location is in an extremely dirty and busy area with traffic noise all day. Walls and doors are thin so you can hear every door bang in the building, and people shouting in the corridors. There are power outages several times a day, and the water ran out once. On two days and nights there was an incessantly wailing baby in an adjoining room. The towels, linen and blanket seem to be quality rejects from Indian Railways. The bathroom stank of urine and vomit. The TV on the wall is so small, you need a telescope to watch anything. If you need to turn on the AC you need to call the reception to turn on the power from downstairs individually for your room. UPDATE - added one star after experiencing the absolute dump that the other Treebo property I booked for my trip is (Tulsi Vadodara). Definitely NEVER staying at another Treebo even if someone paid...
