Hotel O Sunrise — Hotel in Gujarat

The rooms were dirty when we arrived at the hotel. It was all dusty as if it was locked for some days, no proper ventilation which added a foul smell in the rooms, the bathrooms were also not cleaned and had stains all over, the dustbins were also not cleared before our arrival. I stayed in room 101, and the ventilation in the bathroom is very bad as it hinders the privacy because right next to the bathroom are housing buildings with balconies and terraces from where people can look right into the bathroom. The behaviour of the staff was okay. They cleaned the rooms once we told them to without making excuses. But this is something that should be done without...

This hotel is excellent in terms of the location from the airport, the hotel is neat and room service is excellently done by dedicated workers at the facility.
