Since my visit to Jodhpur I keep searching for pyaj kachori and murchivada in Ahmedabad. Lot of people suggested this place for the same. So got a chance to visit this place last few weeks ago. And upon reaching there, we got just fried peeping hot mirchi vada. Mirchi vada to be honest were not as per my expectations as it has thick layer of mirchi and less of stuffing. By that time they were preparing Pyaj kachori in front of our eyes it was a treat to witness that preparation process. Kachoris were very delectable a must must try for all pyaj kachori lovers. Though comparatively (with jodhour one) I found the stuffing here had more of alu and less pyaj in it. We also risked to try their mawa kachori which we were informed that they are not fresh but we gave it a try because we are a biiiiig sweettooth. Of course there wasn't as crunchy as the fresh but glad that Ahmedabad has place that serves mawa kachori. Overall very good experience. Be prepared for a bit rude behavior...
