Pros: The staff at the check-in desk were helpful. The Wi-Fi connection was regular. The speed was not very bad for the Indian standard. The bed sheet and pillow cases were clean for the Indian standard. The corridor of the fourth floor had rose fragrance.

Cons: The lift was pathetic. It was always engaged not just with guests but also the hotel staff. They were using it even to go up/down for 1-2 floors. I was compelled to use the staircase many times. The breakfast was awful. The hotel offered only two items: South Indian or Gujarati and sandwiches. The dining room looked like a canteen with some cracked plastic chairs. The staff serving the food kept on talking on the phone loudly. The hotel needs to refurbish its dinning room and offer more items for a breakfast by increasing the tariff a bit. The room had musty odours. If the hotel claims to be proud of its clean bedsheets and pillow cases, it should also take care of mattresses and the ventilation of the rooms. I HAD PAID ALMOST 2600/ ROOM FOR my staff at Rajdeep Inn, Booking in the name of Mr. Manish. Looking at the ratings and the photos was very impressed with the hotel and thus booked the hotel. But the overall experienced of the hotel are as follow.

ALL THE 5 STAR RATINGS ARE FAKE, POSTED BY THEIR OWN STAFFS. TRAVLLERS PLEASE GO BY THE NEGATIVE RATINGS BEFORE BOOKING ROOMS AT RAJDEEP INN.

Very poor ambience. Not worth spending amount for stay at thus hotel. Services of the LODGE is far more better than RajDeep Inn.

1. Room - Filled with cockroaches No water in the toilet. Broken toilet seats Dirty and staining water jug Staining bedsheets
2. Food - Roadside stall serves better food than Rajdeep Inn
3. Dirty area. No cleanliness.
4. Staff - Most arrogant staff hired by the owner, specially the person sitting at the Reception. When I complained about the cleanliness of the rooms and the services, he straight away said me to book another hotel if I have any problem at his property. Room was quiet, bed was comfortable, ac was super effective and staff were nice, but the washroom was not upto the standard. It was not clean, the toilet seat was broken. The towel given was not clean again. There was no toiletries or even a tray next to washbasin to keep stuff. The shower was not working effectively. The toilet had no flush and instead had normal tap running water, which was continuously leaking. The room service guy brough tea within 2 minutes of order and it was with sugar. When I asked him to change as usually in hotels sugar is given separately, he started arguing that you should have mentioned while ordering, as this is specially made for you. But when I started questioning him that how it made specially for me withing 2 mins or order, he left and changed. As per the price and room size I am giving 3 star rating for this hotel.
