I have experienced hospitality industries from very basic to five-star hotels. In my opinion, Barbeque Nation was one of the best experiences on a budget. They prove this fact that โReal business is not about just providing the service but the amazing experience provided to the customer with itโ. My detailed review is below:
โ Strict Hygiene Regulations โ World-Class Food Quality โ Unlimited Buffet, Served on the Table! โ Exotic Drinks โ Extremely Humble and Cooperative Staff โ World Class Service โ Constant and Fast Delivery โ Comfortable and Rich Experience โ No Tips Accepted โ Complimentary Cake And Music For Birthday Celebrations
Yesterday, I and my wife received one of the best dining experiences for her birthday celebration. The booking is preferred to be made earlier without having to pay in advance. Hygiene is a very strictly followed regulation here as we witnessed. The tables were cleaned and sanitized before us. Interior is like those foreign restaurants in movies. Very peaceful ambience. Spacious enough as well.
The buffet is served on the table! Non-Veg and Veg food menus are given with various categories as Starters, Salads, Drinks, Main course, Kulfi, desserts, Snacks, and much more.
Every staff member is quite polite, helpful and respectful to every customer. One might rationalize these extra efforts for the intention of getting good tips from the customers, but we were surprised to know that they donโt accept tips!
Food is of VERY RICH QUALITY. Minimalistic Grill is set on the table to keep the food warm. Chicken, boneless fish, and other non-veg food were quite delicious and cooked with expertise. Veg food was also very tasty and made with the same rich chef-skills. Our table was regularly attended on time without delay, including every other table.
For her birthday, as they asked us at the beginning of our meal if we were here for any special occasion. As I informed them that it was my wifeโs birthday, they heartily wished her a โHappy Birthdayโ and as a complimentary service, they played a Birthday Song and gave us the cake for a celebration with a cute bโ day cap! For this same experience last year at ANGAN GARDEN, I had to pay a few thousands extra which was completely free here in the Barbeque Nation! What an amazing experience here! ๐
We ate for about an hour there. The sweets were amazing, too. Cheesecake slices were very delightful to eat. Brownies and Ice cream, Paani puri, salads, and soups were also the best.
Caring for the customerโs opinion is also their priority. While we were eating our meal, they made sure to ask us twice about how were we enjoying the food and encouraged us for our opinions about any mistakes in their services and food. I and my wife were both impressed with the quality of service and food. It is truly the similar Five-star Hotel dining experience weโve had in past.
The entire buffet was priced at approx. INR 790 (including taxes) per person. There is a discount price offers on the two days of the week. In my opinion, it is completely affordable to provide your loved one not only the top-grade and healthy food but, an Amazing experience of hospitality.
Thank you, Barbeque Nation for making her birthday a genuinely wonderful experience with your hospitality, service, and of course, you...

Rates: INR 775+ taxes
Recommended: worth it
Service: 5 ๐
The food was just awesome Can't start to describe it.
The Cajun potatoes were yummy. The crispy corn with chopped onions and cilantro was deliciously crisp. The pizza was soft yet crispy and cheesy with good toppings. 5 ๐
Only thing I didn't like was panipuri. The Pani was sweet and not upto the mark (though the Puri n masala was good). 2.5 ๐
Papdi chat and dahi bhalla was great. The dahi n chutneys were yummy 5 ๐
The grilled vegetables is the hero of this culinary journey and we had it to our hearts fill. The mushrooms were yummy. So was the broccoli, paneer, corn on cob with cheese and other veggies. I ate this only and almost skipped on main course. 5 ๐
We skipped the soup as it was tomato soup and I don't like it much. We suggested they have another option in veg soups when there's tomato soup.
The main course had Dal makhni, paneer tikka, noodles, pasta, rice biryani and much more.the Dal makhni was to die for so 5 ๐ but I didn't like the biryani so much. I'd rate it 3 ๐
For me good desserts form an important part of the meal. And I loved the desserts they served. From various types of cheesecakes to pastries, tarts, brownie & ice cream to desi desserts like phirni, gulab jamun, Rabdi jalebi and what not. Oh it was a gourmet treat both for my eyes and taste palate.
The service was great out server Aslam Bhai was very kind to take care of what we wanted to order and our manager for that meal Narendra Bhai also kept a check if we needed anything and if we were being served properly.
Since it's owned by Sayaji Group, I must say, they've maintained their service standards and food quality. We had nothing to complain about and left with full stomach and happy feelings. Oh and they also have a telephonic booking facility with IVR and dedicated customer care dept who help you hook tables. It was good to know and my family and I were very happy with this experience
In a nutshell, you'll get full eating things but the menu tasting won't end. Definitely...
ย ย ย Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at BBQ Nation, and the overall experience was a mix of delights and a few areas that could use enhancement.
Ambiance: The restaurant's ambiance was lively and inviting. The aroma of grilled meats wafting through the air heightened the anticipation for what was to come. The seating arrangement was comfortable, and the live grill on the table was a unique and engaging concept.
Food: The assortment of meats and vegetarian options provided a diverse range of flavors. The starters were delightful, especially the kebabs and grilled vegetables. The variety in marinades and spices offered a palette of tastes. However, I found some dishes slightly inconsistent in terms of seasoning and tenderness. While some items were perfectly cooked, a few seemed overdone or lacked the desired flavors.
Service: The staff at BBQ Nation was courteous and accommodating. They were attentive to our needs and regularly checked on us. Nevertheless, during peak hours, there were moments when service seemed a bit rushed and less personalized.
Value for Money: The pricing seemed reasonable considering the array of dishes offered. However, it would be great to see more value-added elements or perhaps additional offerings in the buffet spread to enhance the overall dining experience.
Hygiene and Cleanliness: The restaurant maintained a decent level of hygiene, but there were times when the live grill area seemed a bit congested. A little more attention to this aspect could further elevate the dining experience.
Conclusion: BBQ Nation provides a unique dining experience centered around grilling your own food at the table. The concept is intriguing and enjoyable, offering a good variety of dishes. With some refinement in consistency, service during peak hours, and a touch-up in the ambiance's cleanliness, BBQ Nation could undoubtedly become a standout destination for grill...
