Hotel Saffron — Hotel in Gujarat

I booked this hotel from 26 September to 1 October,,,but due to behaviour of their workers I left it on 29 October... Their a waiter level person asking why white towel become little black....they illeterate person don't know ki if someone coming from outside like office and all in moraiya ,changodher like places ,den dust came in to face or body and obviously if we wipe out white things will be little black....der washroom is fully leakage ,,,water flowing outside when I said to change room dey told not possible....very worst experience....I will never prefer anyone to book that hotel...I asked manager number but that reception guy didn't give.. It's my humble request to manager ki please teach the staff how to behave...

Just few days back I was travelling from Jamnagar to A'bad and was bit hurry as wanna catch flight from abad. I called on the given number & in my surprised got very unprofessional response from the person. Yet keeping all this aside I reached there but literally had pathetic experience. Then I recalled my visit of Hotel Kankavati, without losing a minute I called them & got too sophisticated and amazing response. I went there & had my delicious lunch somewhere around 3pm. Million dollar advice to saffron staff, have some etiquette orelse visit hotel...

Located just next to the highway. Will do as a cheap hotel for just spending the night. Don't forget to check if the a/c is working(cooling) before getting a room. A/C was on but wouldn't cool .It also is very difficult to get them to change the room . Taps , washbasins and probably everything might be leaking in the bathroom. Would also recommend carrying a mosquito repellent as it would surely be needed. Parking space...
