Don't ruin your reputation earned by hard work... Staff is cracking joke on non Gujarati customers. Seems all those are local staff. Majori staff busy with their mobile. Some customers enters with cigarette and your staff doesn't stop them. You staff don't have manner to deal with customers. Seems they are not trained for. They don't see what is there in order coupen. Ones one customer was delivered only Dhepla without dahi. Customer was repeatedly asking for Dahi and your staff was not bothering. Once one customer was raising complaint to staff that there was some insects in his tea cup. Particularly your changodar staff seems slow and I felt that they are not good listener starting from billing coupen desk to delivery counter. All looks like duffer. Kindly make visit as anonymous customer and see what is going on...
