This restaurant was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The food was downright pathetic—cold, bland, and clearly not fresh. For the price they charge, it’s a complete rip-off. But the food was the least of the problems. The staff were shockingly rude, untrained, and had zero interest in customer service. Their attitude made it feel like we were bothering them by simply being there. We were dining with our child, and naturally, it took us a bit longer to finish our meal. Instead of being understanding, the staff stared at us constantly, making us feel unwelcome—as if we were overstaying our welcome. Ironically, the restaurant wasn’t even busy. There were plenty of empty tables, yet they made us feel like we were causing a problem just by sitting and eating. The manager? Even worse. Arrogant, unprofessional, and flat-out disrespectful. I asked for ice cream to be served after lunch—simple request. Instead, he slammed the bill down on our table before we were even done eating, and completely ignored the ice cream request. No explanation, no apology, nothing. Just pure disregard. When I questioned him, he didn’t even have the courtesy to respond properly. This place is a complete joke. The staff behaves like they're doing you a favor by letting you eat there. Clearly, they’ve never heard of “Atithi Devo Bhava” or even basic customer respect. If you want a peaceful meal with your family, stay far away from this place. There are plenty of better restaurants in the city that actually value their customers and understand what hospitality means.
