HOTEL SHAHI DARBAR — Hotel in Gujarat

One of the worse hotels I’ve stayed it. I stayed there for over a month. The main receptionist, I think his name is munaf, is very rude. He’s constantly trying to start arguments. I am a foreign customer and he’s always arguing with me. He has no customer service skill and he’s also very racist. The hygiene level in the hotel is very low and there are a lot of insects there. The mattresses there are rock solid and just feel so cheap. Feels like I’m sleeping on the floor. Everything about the place feels cheap. Constantly have to ask the people to clean the room and bring me towels. In terms of the food, the food is okay. The staff at the restaurant are very good people. The owner of the hotel is also very rude and aggressive. I asked for a receipt and he refused to give it to me untill I mentioned that I will go to the local police. In the receipt he wrote the wrong figure. I paid more than the actual amount on the receipt. They are very dodgy people and I would stay far away from them...

Why I have Decreased tha rating? So many reason for that: I usually had dinner this place with friends and most of tha time we order our favorite rosemary chicken Tikka and other stuff , but mostly dry items So that's why I given this place 5 star rating on maps Since last visit my opinion was changed because their no taste in food and chef for rosemary Tikka was not available due to salary increment problem So we ordered other items and that were not in in taste nd even malai Tikka was not like fresh Uts up to u to...

Very decent restraunt in Navsari offering tasty non veg delecacies. Good variety of dishes available from tandoor dishes, tawa dishes, Chinese and grill, etc.

Tried the Chicken tikka naan and chicken seekh naan. Very unique items tikka or seekh pieces on a big tandoori naan. With ketchup, mayonnaise and onions drizzled on top. Taste was good. The ketchup was on higher side though.

Best experience overall. Good ambiance and good staff.

Will visit again and try...
