The experience started out well; however, it went downhill really fast. Check in was smooth. They took the luggage to the rooms and things seemed fine. We had breakfast the next day and it was tasty. ||||The second or third day, we were told as we were leaving the front door that we have to change rooms. We were on our way to grah shanti and had to go back up to pack our things. My cousin, sister and I had all of our wedding clothes and accessories spread around the room. We had to rush and pack our things while we are dressed in our heavy clothes. They attempted to give us a honeymoon suite with a double bed and a floor mattress. This room was smaller than previous room. They were aware that we would be staying at the hotel for a week and we should not have been forced to change rooms. ||||The next day, we left in the morning and then were informed via telephone while we were at another wedding function that we have to pack again. We left middle of our brothers function to pack our things again. This was not acceptable. Again they were aware that we would be staying there. My family decided not to continue staying at this hotel because they preferred to make us move even though we booked almost the entire floor (10-12) instead of moving the new guest that hadn’t...
