First of all... Please note that I didn't denied to pay ₹200 for my child. I had briefed the total situation to your manager about how old my child and than after he decided to not charge regarding the child age and wise wersa.... So please make some correction on your word about what I am not paying for....

सबसे पहले... कृपया ध्यान दें कि मैंने अपने बच्चे के लिए ₹200 का भुगतान करने से इनकार नहीं किया है। मैंने आपके प्रबंधक को अपने बच्चे की उम्र के बारे में पूरी स्थिति बताई थी और उसके बाद उन्होंने बच्चे की उम्र और समझदारी के हिसाब से शुल्क न लेने का फैसला किया.... इसलिए कृपया अपने उस शब्द में कुछ सुधार करें जिसके लिए मैं भुगतान नहीं कर रहा हूँ....

The policy to follow food wastage is not up to the mark. How can they qualify a person for not entertain his/her food to the end of his total journey to complete their food in the plate ! Do they ask any customer to perform his/her best to their food in the plate ? Do they are very sure that their food is superior in every quality ? Do they are sure that they provided the best food in the sagment ? Or do they justify price to performance ration of their total bill of amont ?

भोजन की बर्बादी को रोकने की नीति सही नहीं है। वे किसी व्यक्ति को उसके भोजन को प्लेट में पूरा करने के लिए उसके पूरे सफ़र के अंत तक न रखने के लिए कैसे दोषी ठहरा सकते हैं! क्या वे किसी ग्राहक से उसके भोजन को प्लेट में रखने के लिए अपना सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रदर्शन करने के लिए कहते हैं? क्या उन्हें पूरा यकीन है कि उनका भोजन हर गुणवत्ता में श्रेष्ठ है? क्या उन्हें यकीन है कि उन्होंने सेगमेंट में सबसे अच्छा भोजन दिया है? या क्या वे अपने कुल बिल के प्रदर्शन अनुपात को उचित ठहराते हैं?

How can you end this kind of food wastage for charging only 50 rupees if someone pays you 350 for person so the 50 rupees is not that kind of charge to pay for anybody on that time for settlement.

In the journey of unlimeted how can a persone justify his/her test on the time of food serving ? If they are utterly agree that they serves the food is not upto the mark then thay have to accept that their food is not up to the mark for their hospitality!

आप केवल 50 रुपये चार्ज करके इस तरह के भोजन की बर्बादी को कैसे रोक सकते हैं, अगर कोई आपको प्रति व्यक्ति 350 रुपये का भुगतान करता है, तो 50 रुपये उस समय किसी के लिए भुगतान करने के लिए उस तरह का शुल्क नहीं है। असीमित यात्रा में कोई व्यक्ति भोजन परोसने के समय अपने परीक्षण को कैसे उचित ठहरा सकता है? यदि वे पूरी तरह से सहमत हैं कि वे जो भोजन परोसते हैं वह मानक के अनुसार नहीं है, तो उन्हें यह स्वीकार करना होगा कि उनका भोजन उनके आतिथ्य के लिए मानक के अनुसार नहीं है!

Hospitality is not that the customer entitle their mistake in the favour of any kind of management... But Hospitality is the thing that any customer who get the best service from the management with all the mistake his/her do on their entire journey during the journey while getting services.
