Hotel CarreFour, Patan — Restaurant in Gujarat

positive google reviews were soo misleading..appears they were paid... the staff are irresponsive  , lazy and careless.

the only pros are spacious rooms and location.

as soon as we checked in we asked  the front desk guy for tea to be sent to room , he promised he would send it . 30 minutes later when we followed up he said restaraunt is closed. you have to keep following up multiple times still with no result.

asked for a particular channel to be activated. he kept on giving lame reason that the TV guy is not receiving his call for 2 Days.

breakfast was really bad- same menu for 2 Days. heated food from previous day. and in that limited menu many items were supposedly out of stock.

we thought since it's complimentary the quality may be so low. so we tried dinner and snacks at the restaraunt - it was even worse than breakfast.

room service - stained bedsheets , stained towels...very poor maintenance. you cannot call the front desk from your room phone..it always gives an engaged tone....but when we see the  front desk they all will be freely chatting loudly and laughing.

when you are charging such high price you should deliver quality too.

I would never ever ever ever use this hotel again.

there are way better options...

We stayed at Hotel CarreFour in Patan, located on Rani-ki-vav by-pass, Patan - Chanasma Highway Rd, and had a great experience. We booked a special deluxe room, and the room service was excellent. The hotel provides free parking and includes breakfast in the one-day room package. The breakfast quality was okay, not quite up to the mark. However, the best part of our stay was the exceptional customer service. I forgot my mobile charger at checkout, realized it later, and called the hotel. The manager was very cooperative, and I retrieved my charger from the reception desk without any hassle. Thanks to the attentive staff for their help! The location is also convenient, and overall, the room service was very good. Do Not Travel to Gujarat from March to July, the heat is very very very High.

After visiting rani ki vav, we felt very hungry and the driver brought us to this restaurent for our lunch. They do have rooms to stay.

Parking space is there.

It was good to see lot of sunlight into the restaurant, dinning area was kind of neat, clean and the seating arrangements were good too.

Service was definitely good and quick too. We ordered Roti and a side dish, and they were served hot and good.

We came from hot blazing sun, so we wanted to drink something, then we noticed that almost all the people were drinking butter milk which is called "chhaachh" in hindi. We ordered the same and damn it was very very good. The only solution to beat the heat of Gujarat.

They do accept Gpay etc but you to go to the...
