Avoid This Hotel – Not Suitable for Families or Business Travelers

If you’re looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. My experience here was quite disappointing for several reasons:

The hotel is located in a very crowded and noisy area with constant traffic and disturbances that go on until midnight, making it difficult to rest. Additionally, the hotel is situated on the 5th floor of a building, which can be inconvenient, especially when you’re carrying luggage.

The room amenities are far from satisfactory. The air conditioner was not functioning properly, and I had to constantly struggle with the remote to get it working. The television didn’t work at all, and the Wi-Fi — though advertised — was completely unreliable. Please don’t fall for the claim of free, functioning internet; it simply doesn’t work.

Breakfast was another letdown. The hotel does not have an in-house restaurant, despite what they might suggest. Instead, they order a single South Indian dish from a small restaurant on the ground floor of the same building. This is misleading, especially when they claim to offer a buffet breakfast and charge accordingly. Please don’t fall for this trap.

The hot water situation is also poorly managed. The geyser does not work independently; you have to request the hotel staff to switch it on. Even then, you’ll need to wait nearly an hour before any hot water is available — a major inconvenience when you’re on a schedule.

Overall, this hotel appears to cater primarily to local couples booking rooms for a few hours, not to families or corporate guests looking for a comfortable and reliable stay.

Comfortable Stay, but Room for Improvement

We recently stayed at HOTEL THE PARKER INN by KBNT Group and opted for the Suite Room. While the stay was overall decent, there were a few things that could have been better considering the price point.

The bathroom was a highlight - very spacious and clean, with a large bathtub that added a touch of luxury to the experience. It was well-maintained and definitely one of the better features of the room.

However, the suite room itself felt a bit underwhelming for the cost. The wall colors felt off, and there were visible tape marks and residue left on the walls, which took away from the premium feel you'd expect. A bit more attention to detail in terms of upkeep and decor would make a big difference.

Also, there's no in-house dining, though they do offer food delivery from nearby restaurants, which was convenient enough and worked fine for our needs.

The reception folks are a little slow but otherwise the staff is helpful. Wifi was not working in one of the rooms. They didn't have the room I booked so I had to change rooms next day. The utilities mentioned in the room description aren't there but are available when asked for (like electric kettle). The rooms are expansive and clean.
