Surti khaman house — Restaurant in Gujarat

Visited Surti Khaman House for breakfast and had a very disappointing experience. The khaman was bland and lacked the authentic Surti taste it’s known for. Even worse, they served us stale samosas that were clearly from the previous day—cold. When we politely asked for a replacement, they simply reheated the same old samosas and gave them back. This shows a serious lack of hygiene and customer care. If you’re expecting fresh and tasty breakfast, this place is not it.

Service is very poor. A lot items from the menu are not available but that's understandable. Even though there are 3-4 people for service, still they are not able to manage properly. Orders are not packed properly. We got stale food multiple times in our parcel. They gave us cheese dhokla without cheese. We asked twice if they added cheese and they said yes but there wasn't.
