Extremely Disrespectful and Unprofessional – Avoid Seven Skies in Bhuj

My stay at Seven Skies in Bhuj was an absolute nightmare. The rooms were covered in mold, and as someone with allergies, this was not just uncomfortable—it was dangerous. Mold in hotel rooms is a serious health hazard, and the property’s response was completely dismissive. I tried to address the issue with the staff, but they were rude, ignorant, and showed no care or urgency in resolving it. This kind of negligence can lead to serious health problems, and they couldn’t have cared less.

The next morning, we tried to contact the manager, who was even worse. He was condescending, unhelpful, and refused to offer a refund unless Booking.com contacted them. After we did just that, the manager went as far as deleting the email and then lying about not receiving it when Booking.com called. To make matters worse, he hung up on the call in front of me and flat-out denied me a refund. He was rude and argued unnecessarily the entire time. It was an incredibly disrespectful experience.

It gets worse. My group included several women, and the staff was horrifically rude to them, using curse words and speaking to them in a way that was completely unacceptable. There was an overall tone of sexism and a general lack of respect for anyone who wasn’t male, which left us all feeling uncomfortable and disrespected.

To top it all off, the bathroom didn’t even have hot water, making it impossible to feel comfortable. We also gave our clothes for laundering, and they returned them in the same dirty bag, claiming they had been washed. When we pointed out that they hadn’t been cleaned, they argued with us and still demanded payment for laundry that wasn’t done.

In short, this hotel is one of the worst I’ve ever stayed at. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and discriminatory, and the conditions are terrible. As an international guest from the USA, I felt completely disrespected and mistreated. I strongly advise you to avoid Seven Skies in Bhuj at all costs. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that actually care about...

We employed the service of Clarks Inn Exotica, Bhuj as a B2B vendor. For this purpose we approached Ms Akansha from the sales team.

We are extremely disappointed with the service of Clarks Inn Exotica, Bhuj. We had made the booking for our client Miss Seema via Ms Akansha from the sales team. Yesterday upon check in, we received several complaints from our guests. 1- dead cockroaches in the room 2- Chewing gum stuck on faucet 3- Kettle unclean 4- Hot water not coming 5- Staff did not give proper assistance on luggage and made our 60 year old guest carry some of her bags ( no elevator)

The guests called the reception and went to the reception too, but no one catered to them. They then reached out to us with their complaints. I immediately reached out to Ms Akansha asking her to solve the issue for us. Even after 20 mins, the guests informed me that no one catered to them. I tried reaching out to Ms Akansha, multiple times, but she ignored all my calls and messages. She picked up once after multiple attempts, told me that she was sorting it out and hung the phone afterwards. I received no update from her afterwards and guests informed that no one approached them.

We eventually found out the number at the reception and spoke to the concerned person there and asked him to help us sort the issue out. We are extremely disappointed at Ms Akansha and her service and especially her lack of response when the situation went bad. Being from the service industry we understand that sometimes problems arise, that does not mean you ignore calls and not deal with it. It's unprofessional and speaks more about your lack of giving a care on quality service

We for sure will not be working with your chain of hotels again and we would also request you to look closer to the service provided...

Minor Issues: Some guests have reported issues with hot water and cold water dispensation, and the game zone could be improved. Laundry Service: One guest mentioned that the laundry staff could be more attentive to collection and handover of clothes.

Overall Experience:

Seven Sky Clarks Exotica offers an exceptional experience, with its beautiful surroundings, luxurious rooms, and delicious food. The staff is friendly and helpful, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. While there are some minor issues, they do not detract from the overall experience.
